Mark rang our doorbell and asked if we would like our house power washed for $300. He handed us a printed ad (such as used in Value-Pak). Also, said to wash & stain the deck would be an extra $400. We declined on the deck for now, just to see how the washing went. I had been wanting to get the patio and driveways washed, and we are having the house painted next month, so washing the whole house will get us ready for that. My husband was home during the washing, and I was at work. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised at how great it all looked. They moved potted plants for the washing, then replaced them, they moved doormats, (but didn't replace them as waiting for surfaces to dry completely), & moved our limited outdoor furniture. The only negative thing that I can possibly come up with was that they left an empty bottle of bleach on the back walkway, which my dog got a hold of and chewed on. Other than that, they left no trace, except a sparkling clean exterior!

We had them use the circular power type washer. I have had several bids and this company offered a price that was significantly less. He did a good job, but he did use a bleach after he cleaned the drive. It did not affect any of my plants. He is quite, so be sure to ask him a lot of questions.

Overall it was fine. Two things that keep me from giving them an "A" rating. First - I removed my deck furniture - there wasn't very much, so I didn't mind. I thought I'd put it in a good place, but tonight when I went to put the furniture back on the deck, I noticed they had gotten the stain/sealant splashed on the furniture. If they knew that was a potential problem, I'd have preferred they simply moved the furniture to a better place. It was only 2 chairs, a small table and a small ottoman. Wouldn't have taken more than 2 minutes to move. Second - they left me a big can of the stain/sealant stuff with the leftovers under my deck. That means, that I now have to make a trip to the hazardous waste facility to get rid of the materials. No clue why they did not take it with them. Maybe they will come back and pick it up - but I doubt it. I would use them again - but I would be more careful/cautious.

The crew came over the same day that I called. They did a great job and worked quickly. They even took down an old satellite dish for me as an extra favor. I have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future. I have never been disappointed.

They arrived right on time, immediately got to work, and did the best job of anybody I've had doing this kind of work so far. In addition to doing the work we'd agreed to, with no increase in price (and without my asking) they cleaned off the front steps, took care of removing some spider webs off the back of the house, and they cleaned the mildew off my grill cover.

On time, very polite, reasonable priced. Would do business with again.

The owner (Mark) was very nice & knowledgeable. The work date was established quickly & completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them and/or use them again.

THEY WORK YOU IN VERY QUICKLY BECAUSE THE FIRST DAY I CALLED, THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AND DID IT FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE BEST PART WAS THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY DO A REALLY COMPLETE JOB AND ALWAYS TRY TO OUT-DO THEMSELVES. GUTTER CLEANING ISN'T THE ONLY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, BUT THAT'S ALL I USE THEM FOR.
