I talked to Mark. He said he would get in touch with me within ten days. He never called back. I looked into it further saying. I never heard back from them.

They quoted, they came, they washed my house. Job well done.

I called Mark to get an estimate thinking I would wash the house when the weather got warm. Mark responded within the hour and had a quote within two. He told me that they could do it and he would give me a price break if we did it the same day. Mark said they would need about 3 hours, that they would start around 1 p.m. and that I would need to move the car off the driveway for them to finish the job. We agreed that if I could move the car by 3:00 p.m. (i.e. I needed to leave work early but not take off a half day) they would wash the driveway at the end of the job. I showed up, slightly after 3:00 p.m. and one of Mark’s crew had just arrived. They rest of the crew showed up by 4:00 p.m. They finished the job at dark. Overall a good job. I was particularly impressed with the machine they used to clean the driveway. Very good. The roof and house look good. The algae on the deck is gone. Solid job. Mark called and left a message as follow-up. So why a B? A couple things bothered me: 1. They really got started with less than 2 hours of daylight left. I could not help but get the feeling that they were racing daylight to get the job done. I feel that I might have got more wash time on the house (which stubbornly grows algae every year) if they had started earlier as Mark had indicated. Maybe he put more men on the job to get it done. His crew did hustle. 2. A number of the windows were streaked pretty badly from the chemicals they used on the house. I had to take the garden hose and rinse the windows the next day. I understand I did not pay Mark to wash the windows. But a more thorough rinse would have satisfied me.

They were reasonably priced and were prompt. They came out immediately and did the job well. I will continue to use their services in future.

The team worked through the rain to complete the pressure washing. We were really impressed with their diligence and the outstanding results. Our house looks as though it was just freshly painted and the driveway looks brand new. We would definitely recommend.

Arrived the same day i called - cleaned out gutters and cleaned up debris - they even cleared off my back deck for free.

This was the second time I've use them. I actually haven't met them. I leave a check and they take care of it and don't leave any mess behind. They are sometimes hard to get hold of. I'll tell my neighbors when they are coming so I don't know how many they do in the neighborhood. They are fabulous.

The company did a very thorough job getting the leaves and pine needles off the gutter, including blowing air into the downspouts. We were very pleased with the job and the clean up afterwards. Only issue with this company was that the person I called, promised to be out but never did. Originally, the compay was due out on 11/18 at 3:00 PM. The guy promised he will be out the next day, then the next. They finally made it out to the house on 11/22. The company claims the delays were due to weather however, the weather was not an issue. And if he couldn't make it out due to weather, a phone call to let me know what is going on would have been appropriate. I took off from work to meet him at the house.

Mark Cespedes, the company owner, provided a complete, detailed estimate of the work to be done and the product brands which would be used. Work was completed in a timely manner, crew was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions and concerns. A clean work area was maintained and there was no damage to surrounding plantings. The initial estimate was the amount charged and full payment was made at completion of job. Price was significantly less than other estimates received and quality was excellent.

They did a good job, 3 person team cleaned gutters quickly. Could have cleaned up fallen debris off grounds around house a little better. Were a little late, but did accept job that day, so no complaints there. I was satisfied and would hire again.

They were punctual, polite, careful, and professional. Arrived on time, did work as agreed, and did extra tasks when requested, finished on schedule. We appreciated their efforts and would not hesitate to us again, or recommend to others.

I called Superior power washing after reading reviews on Angie's List. They had someone out within the hour to give an estimate, and after agreeing to the price had someone onsite within a couple of hours to do the work. They were onsite for 3-4 hours and did a great job. The house looks fantastic!

It was great. I have used them for the last three years, and I am never disappointed. The company is quick to respond, very easy to work with, and their price is good for the quality of work they provide. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend them. They are great. I got their name from a realtor many years ago. They have been cleaning our gutters for five years.

Mark was in the neighborhood and came by to let me know he was doing work. He offered me a good price to clean the front drive, walkway, and some flagstones around the entryway. I told him I was leaving and asked if he would leave the bill. When I arrived home, the work was done exactly as promised and very thoroughly. I'm not sure about the price as I am new to the neighborhood and am not sure what the going rate it. I thought it somewhat high, but am not really sure. At any rate, the work was done promptly and well, and I would use this company again.

Mark did a very good job on the house and looks great. I used the coupon available on his website rather than on Angie's List. I would certainly used them again and felt that I received a good value especially compared to some of my other quotes.
