I phoned Superior Power Washing for an estimate at the end of the week and they were able to come out on Monday to start the job. We have a deck (approx 14'x19' and a screened porch of about 14'x15') that is over a 10'-walkout basement--making it too high for us to safely stain by ourselves. We had the gutters cleaned (by hand) and the whole house and the deck powerwashed on Monday, and on Tuesday the deck was stained with TWP. It looks great! The guys did a very good and efficient job. They completely covered up the patio below with plastic to protect from drips, and they hand-brushed the stain. We were quite satisfied and will use them when the deck needs it again. We recommended them to a neighbor who had theirs done the following week (and earned them another satisfied customer). I don't remember the exact breakdowns for the services, but to just stain the big tall deck and porch was $1200, including the TWP product (which isn't one of the cheap ones).

They were professional and curteous in scheduling the appointment, letting us know the day they were coming - which was within three days - and in leaving a bill for services. The gutters look great and they did not leave a trace of any debris or mess. Very pleased!

I contacted Superior Power Washing through Angies List on a Sunday to request a quote. When I returned home from work on Monday, I had a written estimate followed up by a phone call and email. There was a delay in getting the work done at the first scheduled time due to a family emergency on their end; however, Superior Power was very accomodating in setting up a second appt. They did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend them. My townhome has vinyl siding and it looked brand new when I returned that evening. My deck also looked great. I will definitely use Superior Power Washing again.

The company was very prompt, scheduling my job the day after I called. The work was extremely thorough. I was especially pleased with how clean the outside of my gutters looked, as well as the fact that they cleaned the stone on my front porch which wasn't part of the job I was paying for. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterward, and the chemicals used didn't damage any of my landscaping. I would definitely use them again.

I had called around for our own home, and Superior Power Washing was the least expensive option, so they came and pressure washed it and did a good job. We put our house on the market but got some negative feedback about our neighbor's house (it had a lot of mildew on the side of the house where potential buyers could see it from our deck). So, after discussing this with our neighbor, he agreed to let us have that side and front of his house power-washed. I explained the situation, and they came out the next business day to spruce up my neighbor's house. They did a great job, and will definitely use them again!

The servicecould not have bneen better. My house looks fantastic now. My concrete driveway was nearly black with grime. they used a large 'floor scrubber' type brush to clean it and the sidewals and now the neighbors are all asking how I got my driveway looking so good! They cleaned the gutter, including getting all the black smudging of the outside of them. they were neat, clean and efficient, leaving no mess whatsoever. Great job - and I am recommending them to al the neighbors!

I found them on Angie's List. The owner, Mark, was on a job when I called. He thought they'd be finished in early afternoon & he'd come out after. He did. After we talked, it was agreed that he'd be able to do the work that afternoon! There were 2 or 3 guys working with him. They were very efficient & professional. They got here, got on the job, & got everything done very efficiently. There was even a sidewalk I forgot to mention, but they added it right into the job, no problem. I really liked that! I was just very impressed with their punctuality & how well they did everything. They were all very professional - the quality of the work was very good. They worked steadily & finished the first house, cleaned up & moved right down the the next house. I was just impressed & very pleased! I would definitely recommend them & use them again in the future!

I used Superior Power Washing back in November to do a whole house(2 story) and driveway power wash. I called on a Tuesday and they were at the house on Wednesday. They stay for about an hour, 3 guy crew. The house was literally spotless when they left. It fact in looked better than after it had been painted. I was surprised how much they did for the price. They didn't simple spray the house with some chemicals and power wash which is what I was expecting.. They guys carried various brushes, scrubbers etc and really cleaned the house in addition to the normal power washing. For the money and the outcome I would use them again without hesitation. They did not leave the site a mess and everything was back in place when they left.

I couldn't have been more pleased. They did an excellent job in every category.

I was again pleased with Mark and his team's service! They were here within a few days of my call (rain delayed them coming sooner) and cleaned all the gutters efficiently and thoroughly. They also made sure they cleaned up from the job. When the gutters are very full like ours the debris gets packed in and when removed can cause dirt/grime to run down the gutters onto the house, etc. They sprayed off the areas where the leaf debris hit using their powerwashing equipment (great benefit to having a company like this do the job) - they do it right! Highly recommend Mark's service!!

I contacted Mark at Superior and he responded immediately and quoted my job over the phone. His crew arrived the next day and did a great job My roof and gutters and trim were badly weathered, and now look like new. You may find someone cheaper, but the final results and hard work of Superior's crew are hard to match. I will definitely call them next time.

The company was very professional and answered all my questions. I asked if they were insured, they are, and was provided with documentation the same day. The gutter cleaning was done on the day scheduled with no mess. The price was very reasonable for the service and I will use their services again in the future. Nice to find someone reliable for gutter cleaning.

They did a good job at a fair price. They did a wonderful job. They took the debris from the gutters with them and cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted Superior Powerwashing on Saturday and the crew was here on Monday. As soon as they arrived they got to work. Gutters were loaded with debris and some are up fairly high. Everything was cleaned out thoroughly and they even hosed down everything afterward to remove any debris that had got onto the siding. The whole job went quickly and cleanly and the price was perfect. I have used many different people to clean my gutters over the years with mixed results. Based on this experience, I will definitely be using their service again. A++.

The true measure of a service-oriented business is how they handle problems when they arise. Mark's crew was efficient, thorough and professional. Our house and deck shined after they finished. The same workmanship was evident when they came back to stain the deck. Unfortunately for us all, the rains came before the stain completely dried and washed large areas of it away. When we called Mark, he said the words every customer wants to hear, "We'll make sure it's right." Within one day, his crew was back and applied another coat of stain at NO CHARGE. We will definitely be calling them when it's time to paint the exterior of our house.

Mark and his team are always extremely prompt and professional. Superior Powerwashing has been cleaning my gutters and helping with maintenance since it was a new business at least 12 years ago. Mark is very responsive and returns calls immediately to schedule jobs and always keeps appointments. Prices are quite reasonable and I've been satisfied with the gutter cleaning, deck maintenance and powerwashing services. The team cleaned my very full gutters this week, and also helped repair seams that were leaking, which I know will save me money and future maintenance. I also feel good knowing this business is insured. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Superior Powerwashing to everyone!

I was unsure of the pricing since this was the first time I had power washing done at my home. They provided some pricing for me, but it still wasn't clear. That seemed to be the only negative aspect of the service they provided. They seemed to be very nice people. They were on time and very responsive. They did very good work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

It was a very good experience. They were very prompt; they cleaned up everything from the gutters, and put everything back in place. I also felt their pricing was very good too.

They charged $1000 for the fence, $300 for the deck, and $150 for power washing. We had priced around and found Superior Power Washing to be way under priced than the other providers. They also got the job done quickly.

I had called various companies for gutter cleaning and Superior Powerwashing quoted me a very reasonable cost over the phone. Hundreds of dollars less than the others. I wanted to make sure that anyone going on my roof to clean the pine needles off and the gutters, had the proper insurance in place in case of injury. They arrived on time, performed the job without wasting time, cleaned up the areas they were working, and the cost was exactly what they told me it would be. I was pleased to expereince that even though the owner was on vacation during this time, his employees represented the company in a VERY professional manner. Polite, full of energy and professional. I will be hiring them again.

They are awesome and they did an excellent job. They had forgotten about replacing the boards but as soon as I contacted them they sent someone out right away the next day and I didn't have to pay the full amount till all the work was finished, which I think says a lot about the company and how honest they are. I was pleasantly surprised with how they handled this situation.
