It went great! This is the first time we have used them and were impressed by the attention to detail. We had tried cleaning our gutter helmet edges over the years, but never have they looked so good. They also dealt with a messy downspout that was clogged up.

For starters, I got a very quick response to my initial phone message. We set up a date to have gutters cleaned. Two days before the set date, we got a phone call from the company saying the guys finished a job early and had time...could they come right over. Since it had been raining for days, and our gutters were overflowing, we were thrilled. The crew of three swung into action and were done in less than an hour. They left everything in great shape and were very careful and thorough. We were very impressed.

Response to a request for an estimate was prompt. Work was scheduled at our convenience. Workers showed up on time, did the work as contracted, left the site clean. We have used this company for deck maintenance, power washing of driveway, and gutter cleaning. We have never been disappointed in the work and have always been given a fair price. We will continue to use them.

Three person crew did a great job. They hand scrubbed the stains off our gutters. Our gutters haven't looked this good since we 1st moved into the house 7 years ago! We've had power washing and gutter cleaning by other companies and they didn't do nearly as good a job! Superior Power Washing crew was efficient and by all accounts, we feel they did a great job addressing everything for us. Our gutters are CLEAN, stains removed, everything looks great. Not so fond of the strong bleach smell afterwards but it's going to rain tomorrow so that will help and our gutters are free of debris so no worries. Overall, VERY pleased!

I think it went fine. They gave me an estimate over the phone and then we got here it was more. I don't know why. I told them that I what I was told and the guy said I needed to pay $175. The other thing that happened was they left their vehicle underneath a Lazy Trunk elm tree and it killed two branches on it. I didn't realize it til the tree man came and told me that probably exhaust from something killed it. The only person that was here was Superior. The job they did was fine. The quickness that they were able to do it is what stands out.

Mark replied quickly with the best quote for the services I requested. He understood the needs of my steel roof and my request for a separate invoice for the services at my rental property and my home. However, there was slight miscommunication, in part due to my misunderstanding, regarding the chemicals to be used on my steel roof. My wife, Mark and I discussed the difference between sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and trisodium phosphate (TSP). In the end, the job was done and the properties look great. My roof has its original shine again! Also, the men who did the work did not provide an invoice for the rental property services. This was all cleared up by a phone call to Natalie who provided the requested invoices. Great price, great service, good communications all lead to a job well done and appreciated.

I was given an estimate for the work to be done and when the men came to do the work they were polite, courteous and hard working. They did more than I expected. I was very pleased with the work done.

Mark's crew were terrific and completed the job quickly and professionally. We had a number of window screens upstairs that needed to be re-installed that they took care of at no cost. In cleaning the home exterior, they actually scrubbed the gutters clean, which does not always happen with other service providers. The lone negative mark was Mark had said he would stop by to provide an estimate on some wood rot repair and painting, and he never showed up. But for the work actually performed, I would use them again without hesitation.

They provided me with an estimate very quickly and when I decided to go with them, they told me they could be out that afternoon to powerwash. By the time I got home from work, I had a house that was so clean, it looked like new, including the front wooden steps that had looked very aged, gray and weathered. The steps even looked like new again. I thought the prices was very reasonable, and they left no mess behind after they left. Just a beautiful spotless house. I will use them in the future. Definitely!

They did the best job! The driveway looks brand new. They did the work while we were gone, but when we got home everything was complete. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The crew was competent, hard-working, and efficient. They took care around the plants and cleaned up after themselves - a real bonus. I'm trying to come up with more projects they can do because it is rare that I have such a good experience with contractors!

They show up on time with a full staff, complete the work quickly, have you check the the results and clean up the yard.

I e-mailed Superior Power Washing Wed evening, and a representative of the companyresponded Thursday. At my request, the company provided proof of insurance, and scheduled the work for Friday. The company performed excellent work, pressure washing the house and a deck, as well as cleaning gutters, without me being there. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality when I got home from work. I will use them again and recommend their services.

This is the first time I have had the exterior of my two story house power washed, which is ten years old. Superior Power Washing did an excellent job. They were able to remove stains from the hardi plank siding that I thought might not come off. The white trim looks like it has just been painted. I'm very pleased.

Overall, a great experience. Called on a Saturday for service, and had a crew at my house on Monday. I appreciated the detail and effort placed in matching the stain on my deck exactly. I said just make it look similar, but they sent someone with color samples to ensure the color was matched. The crew did a great job overall; although, it seemed they were asking questions I already told the owner when I scheduled service. I'm happy with the result, and would definitely use them again.

Overall the service went very well. They were very prompt about getting back with me and coming out to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with thrie work.

Called Marc in late morning to ask when he could do the powerwashing and he came mid-afternoon. This is the 2nd time I have used this company. Very efficient, prompt, and courteous. He always makes everything look like new and goes above and beyond. Will use again and again!!

They arrived on time and were finished in a very good time, no time wasted. I explained about some particular areas like not too much pressure on window caulk, shutters and a piece of vinyl that was out of alignment. They fixed the vinyl piece, washed all window channels (very nice to have clean), small trellises covered with mildew and the house and everything looks GREAT! I'm very happy with their work and will use them for future cleanings.

I called Superior Power Wash to have my house cleaned. I gave the owner the square footage and style of the house, and an approximate size for the deck, as well as the info that the deck was composite and not wood. He gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone, and his crew arrived the next day right on time. They were very diligent in their work, and the results were terrific. The work was accomplished quickly and for the stated price. I highly recommend the company, and will use their services in the future.

Our neighbors had pressure washing done in the past and Superior brought more employees than the other company, were the same in price and exceeded the other provider's work.

They were great. We were getting ready to sell our house and after they did the cleaning, it turned into a new house. The siding on the house is Hardie Plank, the visible foundation was brick, it had a lot of moss on it, and they got that all nice and clean. They also did the roof, which also had moss because we live in the woods. They did everything I had asked for and more. I don’t remember the price but it obviously had to be satisfactory.
