Superior Power Washing Llc

This is our second time using Superior, and they are absolutely the best. Our brick driveway is extremely long, and it looks like we just installed it even though it's 30 years old!! Our gutters and house siding are also immaculately clean. There were 3 workers here for 5 hours; a very large job. I recommend Superior to everyone who as has asked. Wonderful to work with . . . .

Price kept increasing w/o notice. Last time I used them, they didn't come as scheduled. a week later I called the owner and was promised that someone would be there that day. 2 Days later I called again. Promised someone would be there that day. 2 days later w/o notice, they show up and the gate was locked so they jumped the fence and did the work. 1 week later they showed up again and billed me for the repeat work.

It took a little while to get an estimate, but once we scheduled the work, everything was like clockwork. They were quick, knowledgable and professional. They arrived fairly early in the morning, took off the screens and started to wash. They were equipped to handle accessing the second-story porch from outside with their ladder once the screens were off. This phase took about an hour. They carefully cleaned every detail. They showed us some choices of stain colors. They allowed the wood to dry and returned the next day to stain. There was no sign of stain anywhere it shouldn't be (no drips of stain on the siding or concrete patio below the porch). Overall, a great experience and I would use them again. As with all services, I would have preferred if the dispatcher could have predicted their arrival time better than just "before noon" because this job required access through our house.

I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. They arrived ahead of schedule and began working immediately. I feel the price was in line, if not a little less than, other like businesses. They thoroughly cleaned a good-sized two-story house as well as cleaned the gutters. I was appalled at the amount of debris they removed from them. The house looks great and I am comfortable knowing that the gutters are completely unclogged out and functioning well.

I called and they came out to clean the gutters the same day. They did a fine job with the gutters, but the best aspect of the service was that they notice a hole in the roof, notified us of it, and provided a temporary patch until we could get a roofer to do a permanent repair. Excellent!

The owner stopped by since he was in the neighborhood and asked in I would be interested in services. I was -- my front steps were growing moss.He sent over the crew after they finished my neighbor' s and they were done in about an hour. Great job. Several mons later I called them to do the driveway. Nice job. It looked brand new.

Arrived 15 mins early. Crew worked hard and finished the job to my satisfaction in two+ hours. Had all the necessary equipment and knew what they were doing. Very professional.

Superior called me the same day I emailed them to set up an appointment for the following week. I got a little concerned they weren't coming when it got to be about 4:30pm, but they did arrive and they did an excellent job! The crew could be described as "business like," as in not particularly easy to talk with, but don't be put off by that. They do great work which is the important part. My house has several levels of gutters that can be difficult and intimidating since we live on a slope. The grey gutters are white again and the house is so clean it looks like it's been painted. No more green on the north side. Although they said I did not need to remove screens, I did so on the ground floor because the window frames were so very dirty. Without me saying anything about it, I saw they spent some extra effort to get into the nooks and crannies of those window frames. (Now if only we could pressure wash the inside too...) I definitely recommend them.

They did a good job overall...arrived on-time and worked quickly. I would use them again for pressure washing. However, the check was made out to Mark and not the business name. Also, Mark said he was too busy to offer us a quote on the rotten wood repair we needed. I was worried his crew would be backed up, but they did the job they said they would do in one visit.

We have used them for about five years. Their service has been fine. I would recommend them and use them again. They are quick when providing the work and they do a good job as well.

The crew (three fellows) arrived on a week that had considerable rain, but they were OK working in the light rain that was falling that day and it apparently did not affect the project. The fresh water feed was from our house back to a compressor/pump engine that was running from the back of their truck and from there to three hoses equipped with spray wands. Each of the fellows had a wand and a gallon bucket of soap/bleach. They used the bleach along the bottom of the house where moss had grown on the bricks and the soap everywhere else. I moved everything on the deck out into the side yard and they had a clear field to do the power washing of the deck. The house does look better after being power washed but the real difference was in the back deck. Since they finished the deck has dried out and I think is ready for some sort of sealing/stain project. The wood looks as old as it did before but it is many shades lighter. I actually took pictures of them working and some short videos of various parts of the project (I don't think Angie's List has the capacity of displaying that sort of content). I realized when watching them do this that it was a very good idea to have it done professionally rather than try to do something like that myself.

Superior arrived approximately 20 early and went to work immediately. The two people who performed the work were friendly and efficient. It took about an hour to complete the job and my wife and I are very satisfied. We definitely recommend this company.

This is the third time we have used Superior Power Wash. Each time our experience of service has been outstanding. Our telephone inquiry was well handled, efficiently providing description of service to be provided with price and with date of service. A crew of 3 arrived within the time period agreed to, with the work completed in a little over and hour. They were courteous, efficient and thorough in their work. We will use them again.

Saw this company cleaning a neighbor's roof. Job went very well. Price higher than quote given over phone but s/w anticipated as more roof area required attention. Gutter cleaning was an add on service. Well ran "dry" due to volume of water needed but replenished in typical amt of time and crew returned to finish job that day as agreed. There was an odor of bleach for several days following service; not certain if this was related to water cutoff and areas that could not be rinsed immediately. As I did not want power washing this was preferred method. Plants (azaleas in particular) surrounding home not harmed. Clean up very good. Crew I had contact with were very pleasant, answered my questions. My house still looks great!

Very responsive to messages, arrived on time, completed the work quickly. Would absolutely use again for gutters and other work.

The men did an excellent job. They even scrubbed the shutters as well as the gutters. The gutters and all the painted parts of the house look as if they were just painted. I will definitely use Superior Powerwashing again.

I called for an estimate. Mark did not want to drive out to my house to give an on-site estimate, so I told him all that I needed done in detail and sent him detailed pictures. When he arrived at my house, he more than doubled the cost from his original estimate. I needed the work done that day and did not have time to get someone else. The job was done well, but I would strongly advise only using this company after on-site estimates!

Three guys got on the roof and cleaned out the gutters putting the trash in a bag. They blew out the downspouts and cleaned up any left over mess. They also (for an extra charge) cleaned the outside of my white gutters and scrubbed them to remove dirt and black lines that were on them. Very professional and took care of my stuff. I would use them again for power washing and gutter cleaning.

Service was as i expected,. they removed items from the deck and porches The house is 2 story and has a covered front and side porch and and a large back deck. They were expremely professional. I was satisfied with the job.. However they were runing late and had to stay late to finish. I would recommend to anyone wanting a professional job
