A lady with Superior Power Washing was able to give me an estimate the same day that I called. One of the company's 3-man teams was able to complete our power washing job late that afternoon in just 2 hours. I was amazed at what they accomplished in such a short amount of time. Our house and garage with white siding looked super white and clean. The driveways and sidewalks looked great. This is our second time using this company, and we will use them again. We were very pleased.

People were on time. They were very thorough and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the work was excellent.

I called Superior Power Washing and left a message Sunday evening. By Monday before noon, Mark Cespedes called back. He said his crew could be there at 2pm that day and they showed up exactly as planned. They were thorough and efficient. The house looks beautiful and they left the area around the house clean and tidy. I also asked Mark if he could provide an estimate on some wood rot repair and painting. He said he could come out after the crew washes the house. Within 30 minutes of them leaving, Mark was here to inspect the woodrot and provide the estimate. Very happy with these guys!

I called Superior to get estimates for my neighbor and me. They were at my door within 15 minutes. Their price was better than anyone else and they knocked another $10.00 off each home for being able to do both on one trip. They scheduled the work for between 8 and 9 the next morning. They were a little late , arriving around 9:30, but they got straight to work washing the house, scrubbing the gutters and cleaning the windows. The whole house looks great and I am very happy with the work and the price.

The work was completed in 1.5 hrs, pressure wash house and clean gutters and downspouts. They did a great job. The house looks like it is freshly painted. Try them--the price is very reasonable and the end product is worth it.

Three employees came to do the work, and arrived only 1.5 hours after I spoke with the owner, as they were doing some other work close by. They split up, and the ones cleaning the house made sure that all of our plants were sprayed with water before and after the cleaning, so that the bleach that they were using, wouldn't kill the plants. When they sprayed the fences that we have, they made sure that they covered my plants with plastic to insure that these plants weren't hurt, and they when they took off the plastic they sprayed the plants with water. Additionally the owner agreed that if any plants were hurt, that he would replace these plants free of charge.

We have a ~3000 sq/ft Colonial with gutters all around and a North Facing side that is prone to mildew. In addition we have a smaller rental home that required gutter cleaning as well. I called several vendors for the work, and Mark @ Superior was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and flexible with the schedule. They performed the work wonderfully, even powerwashing inside the screen porch, which I didn't expect, but certainly appreciated. We have the gutters cleaned yearly, and the houses washed every couple of years, and Superior will be my first call in the future.

Because of an unexpected emergency, was not able to be in town when service was performed. Left with filthy, clogged gutters - came home to clean gutters.

I called the owner, Mark Cespedes, to set up an appointment for an estimate for the work; he responded in a short amount of time. I found him to be personable and easy to talk to and hired him without calling any other companies. for an estimate. His workers were friendly and professional and did a great job. My driveway and sidewalk seem to sparkle now, the house is bright and the deck looks brandy new. Very satisfied with this company.

Staining the deck was a consideration for the future depending on the results of the power washing..Mark has never tried to sell me a service I did not need. I have been using them for the past few years and know I get great service and good pricing. The crew is polite and professional. My house and deck look great...Plus, I called Mark that evening and arranged for them to stain the deck..This company is definitely dependable. They have always done a great job for me. They had to wait a couple of days after they power washed the deck before they could stain it and the communication completely broke down after that. There was nobody around to open the door for them to get to the deck so we got bumped off the list. It took a couple of weeks before they were able to make a slot for us. It took several tries to get anything done after that because they weren't very communicative. We were not displeased with the service but the communication aspect could use improvement.

We priced out a few painters for exterior painting and wood rot repair. Superior definitely had the best pricing. They are very responsive in returning calls and quickly came out and quoted several different jobs for us. The crew was very efficient and that painting job was great. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. They are highly recommended in our neighborhood and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Superior power wash has been power washing our deck and driveway for the last 3 years. This year they arrived early which was great for me. They removed all the furniture and barbq stuff from these areas and then power washed them. All areas were covered with black mildew. After the cleaning it was like being hit by a bright light. Everything looked brand new! All the furniture was put back on the deck and patios. After they left I noticed that they had even power washed our old car - which was covered in mildew also. It had looked disgusting. Now the car looks brand new. I called the company to compliment them for this surprise cleaning and they said they aim to leave a place in better shape than they find it. As I have come to expect from them, they certainly did a GREAT job. I always recommend them to our friends.

They did an amazing job cleaning our gutters. They left no mess - not a trace of even being there, except that our gutters are now clean. One small hiccup: when I called on Wednesday morning, they said they'd be out that afternoon; instead, they came out Thursday morning. The time delay wasn't a big deal, but I was a little disappointed when I got home Wednesday that the gutters hadn't been cleaned. A quick heads-up that they were going to be delayed would have been appreciated.
