AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. In my personal opinion, I believe that all of their 5 star reviews are fake from friends/family or they are paid. Don't trust them at all. Let's start this off by saying we got our Mercedes tinted by them with their medium of the 3 level films for about $260 about 1 month ago. They didn't tell us anything when it happened, but when we went to go pay them, they said oh by the way we broke your 3rd brake light. They told us they have a mechanic next door who could get the part in 3-5 days, and they wrote us a signed document saying that they broke it and would fix it. Well every week, we have had to call them, and they tell us, "we will check to see if it's here and call you back." Well they never call us back, and today someone who picked up even had the nerve to laugh at my mom and say oh "I honestly never said that I would call you back if the part wasn't in yet." The car is my 16 year old little brother's car. Since they broke the third brake light, whenever it is dark out, when you hit the brakes it fills the whole car with red light blinding you, and when you reverse, you cannot see anything behind you and it is completely blinding. This is legally unsafe, and they only want to call us names and lie to us saying they never said they would call us back. It's been 1 month. 0 for Customer Service. My brother could get in a severe accident, or hit a pedestrian or little kid on a bike, because he can't see them. You can bet with their in-writing saying they are the ones who broke it and they would get it fixed, they will be liable and the court can put this shady company out of business. God forbid that ever happens and my little 16 year old brother has to live with knowing he hit someone and it was out of his control. We told them let us go fix it at the dealer, because they will fix it today, and they are telling us oh give us more time, I'll have the owner call you back. Let's see if that happens. My brother also goes back to school tomorrow, so if we have to be without the car now, it will be a huge inconvenience or we will need a rental. Once they took our money for the tint, they were nowhere to be found. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT A KID'S SAFETY WHATSOEVER. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL ONCE THEY HAVE THE MONEY.

I wanted to tint the front side windows on CRV so they woukd blend with the factory tinted windows in the back. Nick at Shade Custom Tint was great to work with, explained all my choices with no upsell pressure. He had excellent reiviews on google and yelp and easy scheduling. I decided to go with the ceramic tint because he had them at a great price and they turned out great. See my before and after pics
