They painted twice. The first time the yellow color was too bright, and the HOA made us change it. It took them a few weeks to get the new yellow approved, and Salazar came back to repaint. The workers are not detail oriented- there was overspray and I had to walk around the house to point out problems. They replaced trim on the front and the sides of the home. They were asking for payment, but the knots on the trim were not covered up and needed more coats of paint, so I said it needed to be completed before I would pay them. They were not happy about this. If I had not said something, it would have been complete in their eyes. He also replaced the baseboards, but they had to use my saw (which they burned out) because they did not have their own tools. I lent them a drill bit and when the job was done I checked to make sure that all of the screws were completely screwed in. I found the broken drill bit still in the board! They measured and cut right on my deck, causing damage to my benches. They were not careful with trees and personal items of mine when they were working. The ladders were pressed against the gutters, but when I pointed out the damaged gutters, he would not accept blame. I persisted and said that he needed to take responsibility. Armando was never present during the job to monitor his workers, so I was left to supervise them.
