He came on time and put in some drawer and cabinet locks. He used magnetic locks for most of our stuff. He also installed door locks for the door to our garage. He had to come a second time to install a front door slider lock and put in a gate for the stairs. We also had him put a lock on our pantry. He did all this work quickly and, made sure we had the right products for our home. He offered me discounts when he was all done but I paid him in full. He is pricey. He charges $75/hr but first hour is $100. Products are extra obviously.
Description of Work: Installed some baby proofing products. Jeff put in a gate and some locks.

I loved having a professional help look over the house to find the biggest problem areas. Mitch was wonderful to work with, and obviously has a lot of experience. He has a full-time job, so you have to work with him on finding a good time. But it saved so much of my time. I didn't have to spend days looking for the right gate to fit the space (or whatever the baby proofing item is). He knows all of the products on the market and can give the pros and cons to all of them. He can look over the house and not only find problems that will arise now, but also predict the problems that will come as the child gets older. He installed our gates for us, and did a wonderful job. There were no holes drilled into banisters. And the gates are extremely user friendly! He really knows how to make baby proofing parent-friendly. You can have him just come for a consultation, you can buy the products from him, and/or have him install all of the products. It's all charged separately.
Description of Work: He came for a consultation ($75, to find the 'danger zones' and tell me what products he advised for them) and then gave me an estimate. I called him back to install the gates for the stairs and for me to buy the other products.
