No response
Description of Work: The first time I called and my call was answered. I was told "im driving Ill call you back tonight." No return call. I called the next day and left a voice mail. No response. My husband called and twice left a voice message. No response. He then called another day and the call was answered. Was told "Im driving Ill call you back tonight." No return call. Clearly terrible service and the "im driving" reply seems like a way to not take business. We will move on to try another company, but I wanted others at Angies list to know of our experience with this company.

All good!!!!
Description of Work: Removal of 2 "fungal" areas in crawlspace that were identified per home inspection (as part of selling out house). Walt was good at communicating when he would be out to scope out the project, calling back to let us know when it would happen, and then his employee did a great job cleaning it up.

Did a good job.
Description of Work: I quickly got an estimate but it took a while to actually coordinate schedules to get the work done. It was explained to me the cause of the mold in the shed and they removed the insulation where the mold was.

They arrived right on time as scheduled. They performed their services professionally and timely. They contacted me with remediation recommendations and estimates on a timely basis. Due to a recommendation from a neighbor, I did not use them for remediation. I have confidence they would have performed remediation work professionally if I had hired them.
Description of Work: They came to my home and collected air samples to send to a lab for mold testing. They also inspected my attic, siding, and crawl space for visual indications of mold.

+ 0 moreHe thought the house needed to be treated for mold. His name was Walt Smith. My interaction with him was very good. He was very thorough and did an impeccable job. He was very nice to work with. He seemed very honest. He seemed incredibly trustworthy and honest. He did a very professional job. I think his price was pretty competitive. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Cary Painting and Home Improvement came out and did hardwood flooring and some cabinet repair. He also did mold inspection and remediation as well. He tested the air and took some swabs because I smelled a moldy smell in the house.
