Very bad experience. My replacement in ground vinyl swimming pool liner was installed with numerous wrinkles. The company owner said that they would smooth out once the pool was filled with water. After water, the problems just got worse. There are so many wrinkles that it is very difficult to vacuum. Also,I discovered that debris and rocks were left underneath the liner making the surface rough and uneven. I have had this pool for over 30 years and liners have always smooth and solid. The liner is also now beginning to come out of the track. Never came back to paint coping. This is a disaster. I have made numerous calls, email, and texts to give the company the opportunity to fix the problem. The company owner has scheduled many appointments to come back but he never shows up.

The owner "Jay" looked at the tub, decided on what was needed, promised to have the tub running by Wednesday. He stated that "short of a tornado", he would have it running by Wednesday. He took 1/2 down payment ($450.00), and never fixed the tub as promised. I had to call another Angie's list company (A rating) who came out inspected the job and said he never did a thing to repair anything. Upon their inspection they said the original PC board was burnt, wires burnt and and heater not hooked up to it, (nothing new installed). They indicated that he may have had plans to repair, he just never did it. I asked Peak Pool & Spa for a refund, he said he would give me a refund, I still haven't received the refund. I was lied to about the repairs and the $450.00 was stolen from me!!! I have pictures from the new company to prove what happened and will pursue this in court. Don't ever use this company for repairs for your hot tub.

Jason & Jeremiah always do a great job. We had a snafu this year during the opening but they were excellent at working with me to correct the issue. I highly recommend Peak Pool & Spa Service. They also did a great job with my hot tub.

Do not use this vendor. After not obtaining any responses from him, I checked his record with the Better Business Bureau. He has an F rating and complaints dealing with his failure to deliver stated services. I am surprised that he was able to get his name on Angie's List..
Description of Work: Mr. Jones came to my house to repair hot tub. He could not repair it. He said he had to order a heating unit. and would return in two weeks. I showed me the item that he would order. Mr. Jones did not return, as promised, in four weeks.. In fact, I had to call him numerous times to inquire about the work he promised to do. After approximately, ten telephone calls, he finally contacted me with some lame excuse. His response was into six months after his initial visit., i.e., August, 2013. he came shortly thereafter. When he arrived and attempted to insert the heating unit, he found out that it was not the correct piece. He told me that he had to take another piece from the hot tub and that he would order that and the correct heating element. He said he would return in four weeks. He did not return in the time promised. I waited for another month or two. I called him, from November, 2013 until March, 2014 and asked him to get back to me re: the status of the item ordered. I did not hear from him. . After March, 2014, I decided to call at least once a week. In fact, I wrote him emails and left messages regularly . It is now October, 2014 and I have neither received a letter from Mr. Jones nor have I received responses to my emails or telephone calls. I would like for Mr. Jones to return all of the items he removed from my hot tub, give me the vendor name who he contacted to order the correct items and return the money I gave to him to order the first item that turned out to be the incorrect item.

I had a hole in the acrylic shell of my spa. I contacted several of the big-name spa stores in the area. None of them would fix the hole, but they all suggested someone else to fix the hole. My next door neighbor has a spa, and he suggested I contact Peak Pool and Spa. I spoke with Jay from Peak Pool and Spa. He said he could fix the hole. The spa was not losing water, and it was real cold out, so Jay told me not to drain the spa. He said that if I drain it, the plumbing could freeze, and then I would have a real problem. Jay came out and looked at the hole. I thought my kids had kicked a hole in the shell. He explained how part of the acrylic shell separated from the fiberglass tub. The separated part caused a bubble in the shell. He said that bubble was a weak spot and that someone just hit that weakened spot. He explained that the spa consists of a fiberglass tub covered by a pretty acrylic shell. Since there was only a hole in the shell, the spa would still hold water. My spa is 10 years old, and it has never had a tune-up. Before Jay came out to my house, he suggested I get a tune-up. He said that he could do the tune-up while he waited for the patch to dry. He said he could give me a discount if I did the patch and tune-up at the same time. I had Jay do the tune-up. He said that other than some dust and spider webs (which he cleaned out), my spa was in perfect condition. I have a Caldera spa, and Jay said that Caldera is one of the best on the market. He said everything was perfect--even the fittings. Jay is honest. He could have easily found "something wrong" with a 10-year-old spa, but he didn't. I appreciate his honesty. It has been over a month, and the patch is doing just fine. I have found a new spa repair man. I would recommend Peak Pool and Spa to everyone.
