Orkin Pest Control

I called based on a referral from a neighbor. We had an ant problem inside the house. He came out and wanted to sell us a service. We had an ant problem about 3 or 4 years ago and it was treated and solved in one visit so I saw no need for a subscription. I just couldn't remember the companies name and made the mistake of assuming all are alike. When I told him I only wanted one treatment he said he would have to take more time to make it an effective job and would come back later in the day when he had time. He came back and I couldn't even tell you what he did outside but he said it would require two treatments and didn't even bother to do the inside. When I asked him about it he said if we took care of the outside the inside would solve itself. Needless to say it didn't solve itself and he never came back. He hasn't billed me either which I can at least give him credit for as he realized he did a bad job. But on the other hand all this company wants is subscription. So I found the original pest guy who solved my ant problem and I brought him and just like last time, fixed in one visit. I will put a positive review on him shortly.

Serviceman arrived on time and I explained problem to him..He treated entire house and found a nest under house...Have not seen an ant for 2 weeks which is almost a record...Serviceman was very polite and left his phone number if problem continues..Would reccomend to everyone..

They always call ahead and make sure that it's convenient for them to come out. They provide good service. If I'm here they'll review what they did, and what they recommend for the next time. Their prices are good. The quality of their work is excellent.

I live in the middle of the woods and do not have pest problems. They do a great job for me.

They came out and got down within a couple of hours.
