I loved working with them. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of window treatments and were able to offer good suggestions. Installation was delayed a little because the factory delivered the wrong goods. Once they installed, it was noted that the shutter for my bedroom was incorrect. They hung everything else, reordered the shutter and promptly installed it when it arrived.

I highly recommend them. Their work is quality and their advice is good. They pay close attention to what you have in mind for your interior decorating and will work within your budget. Very easy to work with.

Bob and Marge Fryman offer fabulous service and products. My furniture was upholstered and looks like new. Plus the custom draperies in the dining room and living room are beautiful. From picking out the fabric to the final install, I am hundred percent pleased!

They came out and measured for custom size, outdoor shades. Then came again and installed shades. Once ordered, the custom made shades came within a week. Installation was done well and promptly. They were both very helpful during the phase that we were picking our style, pattern and the opaqueness of the shades. They were able to reschedule at the last minute because of the rain and snow (is it spring yet?). We compared prices on DIY measuring and installing and the difference was less than $200. At almost $1500, it is worth it to have someone else do it with the assurance that it will be done correctly and professionally, the first time! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Marge came out and brought tons of samples to look at. She came really quickly after I called and was able to complete and hang the treatment in less than 2 weeks. I was amazed at how quickly she completed the work. She was helpful with suggestions when asked. After the treatment was hung I called with a small issue and Marge and the installer were there immediately to fix the issue. I would definitely work with this company again.

We had Nettle Creek out to give us an estimate on some roman shades for our living room. She was very responsive, professional and willing to work around our schedules to come out and meet us at our home to work on the estimate. We ended up not going with them because we ultimately didn't want to spend quite that much on window treatments.

To add more about their wonderful service ... the shade for the doesn't move because of this little catch they installed. A few days after they left I thought - I would be good to have a catch in the middle of the door so I could raise the shade and not have it slam into the door everythime we opened or closed it. I called and asked if I could have one. I said - just drop it in the mail - no worries. They didn't do that - they came over within an hour and installed the second catch - no charge. I was happy!

I looked on Angie's List for recommendations and got estimates from Carolina Blind Crafters, Budget Blinds and Nettle Creek. The original Carolina Blind Crafters price was $1911.26; Budget Blinds $1879.87; and Nettle Creek $2913.00. All 3 ladies that came to do estimates were competent and helpful, and got back to me pretty quickly, except Nettle Creek, which took probably a couple weeks to call after I requested information online. One recommendation- the ladies' big sample cases made little scratches in my brand new dining room table, so I'd recommend putting down a table cloth before spreading out the cases. Nettle Creek sells Hunter Douglas and their samples were probably the nicest, but way more than we wanted to spend, so we went with Carolina Blind Crafters.

I give them an A rating overall.

We feel the pricing was fair for the service provided. The owners are very nice. We would recommend highly them. They work well with you and provide really good service. If you are not happy, they will fix it until you are. We would use them again in the future.

It went very fast, they were in and out in an hour. I thought $ 125.00 was on the high side, but I could not hang them due to having surgery on both shoulders. Roman shades are very easy to install and if someone does it for you, they should not charge more than $12-$15 per window. It depends on how desperate you are, I guess. I have to emphazie, Nettle Creek was very professional and friendly. When I said I would not use them again, that meant to hang Roman Shades.

They had a storefront by my old house. I went in there and they were very nice. I looked at them for blinds recently and decided not to go with them simply because they were smaller. Their prices were higher even though they got good customer service. I have met them before and they had done interior designing in our home that I lived in before. I would definitely recommend them but it is simply just the pricing issue. They seem to really know their products. They are very helpful and they provide extremely good customer service. If I was doing a larger budget project I would definitely consider their customer service.

They came that evening to measure and put in the order very, very quickly. They did the installation within a week to 1 1/2 weeks. The owner was here the whole time. She and the installer were both very professional and brought everything they needed to do the work. They did it very quickly. It was wonderful. They quoted both the top and bottom and the top half moon part was just outrageous so I only went with the bottom half of the blind.

The service was excellent and I haven?t had any problems with my windows. Everything is fine.

Overall experience has been very positive. I feel comfortable calling Marge for advice and suggestions.
