They were very professional, upfront, and on time.

The owners did an excellent job in presenting their products and the business relationship they like to have with their customers. They also assisted in arranging a one-year, interest-free loan for part of the work. The work crew was extremely professional and hard working. Very strong work ethic. We found Shawn and Joe (owners) and the crew to be very easy to work with and are delighted with the final product. Quality of the work is excellent. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company.

Through Angie's List website I contacted 4 general contractors via email. And within a short time (around 10 min), Shawn (My Guys Remodeling) called me directly to discuss scope of work and set up time to come out. To date (over a week ago), he was the only contractor to respond to me which is one of the reasons why I'm writing this review. Not only was he quick to get back to me, he answered general questions and set up a time to come see the home we anticipated purchasing, hence needing some work done before we moved in, etc.. Shawn is flexible, professional and I trust in the great reviews listed here. We're sorry we didn't have a chance to actually have work done by this company since we opted not to purchase that home (too many issues arose). But as I told Shawn should we need any kind of work in the future we'll call him first!

My Guys Remodeling is owned by Shawn Sell and Joe Bass. They offer excellent products for their work, have great crews to do the work and top it off with outstanding customer service. Shawn and Joe came out to the house to discuss the changes my husband and I wanted to make to the exterior of our home. They listened, made suggestions, demonstrated the siding and windows they used in their remodeling in a very pleasant and professional manner. Once we made our decision and came up with a renovation plan we liked, Joe drew up a contract and explained everything to us in detail. It was very clear what work was to be done and what the cost would be. My Guys Remodeling delivered on everything they promised. There were no surprises. The work was excellent down to the last detail. It was completed in the time specified (~2 weeks) and the crew was very courteous and professional. They were very respectful of our property and pets while working on our house. When the work was completed, all areas were left clean and free of debris. I had agreed to paint my doors myself to match the color of the new shutters. I called Joe and left him a voicemail asking him if I could borrow one of his shutter samples to match the paint. When I got home, there was a gallon of matching paint waiting for me on my front porch. Joe took it upon himself to do it. Joe and Shaw made many visits to my property, checking on the progress and quality of the work. Joe did a final inspection with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work before the final check was written. It was the best experience we have had with contractors remodeling our home. We have had previous experiences that were nightmares, but My Guys Remodeling renewed my faith in customer service and quality workmanship. I recommend them highly with the utmost confidence that they will do an excellent job for anyone who hires them. I plan to contact them again to remodel my bathrooms.

We contracted with Remodel Auction to re-do our 39 -year-old kitchen. This group required no payment until work was well under way (half of the total contract cost) and required second half of the total contract cost only after the kitchen remodel was finished to our complete satisfaction. A good way to do business from the consumer standpoint. Shawn Sell (vice president) and Joe Bass (general contractor) worked closely with us and various subcontractors to produce a beautiful kitchen. The only glitch was in the cabinets which were purchased through a local big-box home improvement chain. Several cabinets were the wrong size or type caused by the local big box chain. However, the big box chain did make up for the delay by a significant cost decrease. Overall, the work went quite smoothly. Bass and Sell are good guys to work with and we would use Remodel Auction again.

The availability of this company was exceptional. They responded to my phone call with in an hour. Even though there was damage done to their product they replaced it for free. They were very professional and reliable. I would definitely hire them again. The knowledge of the contractors was impeccable and I highly recommend them.
