Description of Work: Since Feb our HOA have been paying Anthony about $400 per month for maintaining some common areas: some lawn and many trees and shrubs. The area looks great and he was very responsive when we had to have him return once to do some extra trimming.

Description of Work: Provider did not return my calls.

Description of Work: Because I'm an Angie's List member, I selected several landscaping companies from which to get estimates. Masino's Landscaping was one of them. Mr. Masino did meet with me and we spent over an hour walking my property while I told him what I wanted to do. Our lawn/property needs lots of clean up and I want new trees and low-maintenance grasses added. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He said he wanted my business; however, he never sent me an estimate and didn't answer my inquiry e-mails. If the job was too big, we could have divided it into phases. He meet with me on April 12, 2013 and as of today, it's been more than four weeks since our meeting. Surely he could have found time for an e-mail or some contact.

Description of Work: Anthony provided us with a estimate to get the yard and landscaping in shape to sell our house. A list of needs was drawn up and a plan was put into place. Anthony was extremely professional and cleaned up all the debris, di some landscaping and layed out new sod in the backyard. All services were timely and on budget. I hired the landscaping company to also do weekly mowing and trimming.

Description of Work: I did not put a dollar figure because I have been using Masinos Landscape for about 4 years now and my grounds look like a venue! We have lived in our house since 1989 and never could get grass to grow. We contracted EPM and other companies, seeded every year, and by summer we would have a brown crunchy mess. Anthony came in and killed off all the grass/weeds, layered with top soil and seeded. In less than a month later, we had a yard of grass never to be seen before. He installed a sprinkler system (not under ground, but hardly can tell) which was more economical. A couple of years ago, we had Anthony install a paver patio and fire pit that transformed what used to be unusable yard space to a wonderful entertainment area. We contract Anthony monthly to mow, trim and blow as well as fertilize when necessary and plant seasonal flowers. He also totally designed and re-planted our front yard bushes and I am blessed with beautiful roses most of the year now. I requested jasmine in the backyard and it has taken off with a delicious smell when it blooms around my screen porch. I highly recommend Anthony for all your yard-work needs including drainage, landscaping, etc. With Anthony taking care of our lawn every week, we are free to come and go on the weekends while our yard looks manicured and pristine! The cost is below what Maintenance would be per month if we lived in a condo or townhouse. Worth every penny!

Description of Work: I called Masino's to provide an estimate for landscaping at our subdivision entrance. They responded promptly to meet with me and provide planting suggestions. They followed up with the estimate I requested. We chose another company primarily because the other company has a watering truck and will water throughout the season. If we did not have this particular requirement, I would have been happy to have Masino's do the work.

Description of Work: Yard upkeep. Fertilizing, any trimming needed.

Description of Work: remove maple, plant cherry; plant 3 holly trees, mulch and create beds, create small half-moon border with stone

Description of Work: We hired this company to do lawn care for us. They have also built retaining walls and block walls. The last visit was for a cutting and watering on our lawn.

Description of Work: Removed 2 large dead bushes and planted 2 new camellia bushes to replace them. Price includes the cost of the new bushes and removal of the old ones. Pruned some trees.

Description of Work: Put in shrubs and trimmed back about 10 Crape Myrtles that were overgrown. In addition, Anthony did a walk through of our entire property and gave us advice and specific tips on how to improve the lawn and landscaping.
