It went great! They completed the project in one full day. The last yard of mulch they had was spread a little thin. Baldemar's team offered to come back by week's end and spread an additional 2 yards at no cost to me. I am very pleased with the work

Their pricing is very fair for the work that they do and they always arrive on the days in which they say they're going to.

It went well. They came as promised and finished close to what they indicated. Also they came back as promised to finish fixing the fence post.

Baldemar met with us to go over the work, then prepared an estimate for us that afternoon. We were undecided at the time of what to do about hardscape, so he broke the job down into a few areas and gave us sometime to think it over. After talking to some other landscapers, we decided to go with Loredo's for most of the work. He was only delayed one day due to weather, started right on time. While beginning the drainage and grading work, we settled on wanting a pathway along the side but were unsure how to finish it. He quoted us 3 options for how to complete it, then recommended we check out the materials at the stone yard to be sure it was what we wanted. We decided on the plan, he met us at the stone yard to help pick out the actual steps and had us confirm the gravel fill. We had to delay the last part of the project a few day due to personal schedule, but he arrived as agreed to finish the work a few days later. The pathway turned out better than we expected and the new sod looks great. He even corrected a problem that came up due to a miscommunication between ourselves and his crew. He was a pleasure to work with, great price and we've already had neighbors asking about him.

Loredo's Landscape & Lawn, I think he is the one we use for irrigation. They did a great job, the price was okay. Not enough supervision on the crews. It's been about two years. Just make sure their crews are supervised.

They were perfect and they were great. They paid attention to details. They addressed any concern that we had promptly. They were very professional.

I had called Loredo's at the end of May to get a quote for sod for my front and side yards. I got a quote from another lawn company prior to calling Baldemar. They were installing sod at new homes being built around mine. I thought their quote might be a little high so I did some research and found Loredo's on Angie's List. It did take Baldemar a few days to get back to me, but the quote was indeed lower than the other company, so I told him to proceed. Baldemar told me his crew would come out to spray Roundup to kill the old lawn (and weeds) in a week. It actually took them more than two weeks. I assume they are very busy. But, once they started the job, they finished it in 2 days. Unlike the new homes around me, Baldemar used a better grade of topsoil, and you couldn't see the seams between the sod pieces. They also gave it a good watering. He gave me very specific instructions of how much to water and how often, and he figured it would take three weeks for the roots to get into the soil, which was exactly right. Well, the sod looks great, the zoysia is hardier than standard bermuda grass, and the builder across the street came over to ask what I did to get such a good lawn. He might be a bit displeased that my lawn looks much better than the homes he is selling. Lesson learned: you need to use a good vendor and good materials, but it's also important to follow directions. You'll have a huge water bill for a couple of months but the results are well worth it. I am very pleased that I chose Baldemar's company, and when I get around to replacing the back yard I will go to him directly.

Loredo’s Landscape & Lawn Company did a fine job. My overall experience with them has been excellent. Their price is good. They are responsive, punctual and professional. The quality of the work they do is excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were professional from the start telling exactly how they would complete the job during the estimate. They were less expensive than other estimates but were more thorough with how they said they would do the job. Others were just going to sod over the old grass but they tilled, raked, put down fresh dirt and then put the sod down and it was even with the existing grass. Very satisfied with the work.

It went very well. I called during the week and made an appointment to get an estimate. They came by that week. The estimate was very reasonable. They came and cleared the area and raked it down to smooth dirt. It looked they added some fertilizer too. Then they came by a second day to lay the sod. The lawn looks great.
