carpet installation, flooring contractor
+ 0 moreThe workmen came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up, and moved the furniture back in place. Although they were very efficient, they did excellent work. I will only deal with this carpeting company in the future.
Description of Work: I was repainting my living room, dining room and foyer and needed to replace the carpeting in those rooms and the stairway. While I would have liked to replace the carpeting in the whole house, my budget wouldn't allow it. John worked with me to determine how much carpeting to replace in order to keep a consistent look in the house. I chose beautiful carpeting - already scotch guarded - at a great price. And Landmark doesn't skimp on the padding, either. Their standard padding is top quality.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreCaem to the house with samples. Measured (twice). Made suggestions, but agreeded with our alternate choices. Made suggestions on what we could do about old cat odor (after removal of carpet, spread out baking soda and sweept up. They sprayed concrete surface with spray paint primer before relaying the carpet. Price was excellant for 61 sq yards of carpet and upgraded padding, including furniture removal and carpet removal costs. Workmen arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. This is a one salesman operation with no storefront.
Description of Work: Removed existing carpet, installed new padding.
