John Rowe Tile Pro LLC

Called John for doing work on a kitchen backsplash and was informed that he no longer does any Tile Work.

My designer was re-doing my kitchen, part of which included replacing an old mirrored backsplash with travertine tiles. Apparently John is her usual contractor for this type of job and I can see why. He did a beautiful job of tiling. He had to first remove the mirrored backsplash, repair several holes in the wall, remove outlet covers and then tile the space between the cabinets and the granite countertop, including a narrow space around the window over the sink. He was very professional and easy to work with. The finished job is lovely - my husband and I were very pleased with the results. I would certainly call John if I ever have any other tiling projects to do.

John emailed me a quote after coming to my house to look at the bathroom. He responded consistently to email and phone communications. He showed up on time, as scheduled, and completed the job in about 4 days. Every night when I stopped by to see the progress John had made, he had left the space clean and ready for work the next day. I appreciate the care he took while working on this project - he demonstrated real craftsmanship in the work he performed and now has a very happy customer in Durham, NC!
