Description of Work: The garage door made a terrible racket when opening or closing. The technician not only performed a thorough servicing on the door, rollers and overhead hinges, but also fixed a broken part on the motor itself that I could not have diagnosed on my own. He was obviously very experienced with garage doors and motors. I watched him as he worked and I asked questions. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He also pointed out some future problems that might occur so I could be on the lookout for them.

Description of Work: Fixed spring guide wire (emergency cable) that was attached to the same, and inferior clasp, as the spring cable itself. Also replaced the bolts and S-hooks on the other 3 rails.

Description of Work: I needed to replace my garage door and contracted three companies listed on Angie's List. I have no regrets about opting for Grand Openings. The owner, Mike, believes in quality and customer service. He did not try to sell me "more door" than I needed and I'm pleased with the result. This is the person to call if you need a new garage door.
