He openly told me to buy the unit from amazon when he could not beat their price and was okay just doing the install alone. He fit us in on a Sunday and drove out to our place himself and did the install. Description of Work: Quick response and work was handled in a professional and exceptional manner. Matt even got my Homelink working which two other garage guys couldn't do. Very satisfied with my service and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I had a broken torsion spring. Matt replaced both of them. He gave me a window of time when he would be able to replace them and called when he was on the way. He explained how he determined the correct springs to use and how long it would take to do the job. He was done is just under 1 hr. |After he left I noticed the adjustment of the door closing was not quite correct. I contacted the office and they setup a time to correct the issue. They were very responsive with no reluctance to return and adjust the door. Again Matt called prior to coming and was on time. Overall I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Responded to a service call on a Saturday, and when the problem turned out to be relatively minor, didn't want to charge us, even though he did come out and make a repair. Top notch service, excellent work ethic a genuinely nice guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
