Description of Work: The spring on our garage door was broken on a Saturday morning. Called a few places and got quotes between $175 and $650! Mike was the only person who was available immediately (came out ~2 hours after our call), was very professional and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. I would definitely recommend using Grand Openings for your garage door needs! He was the most affordable, too.

Description of Work: GOGD replaced 2 builder grade garage doors (and tracks) for the price that was quoted. Very good workmanship. If GOGD would respond quicker to email questions they would be grade A+.

Description of Work: I bought the $99 deal for two doors (change out rollers). When Mike (owner) came to look at the doors, he thought I could use the deal on pulleys and get by with the same rollers (he was trying to save me some $). I told him that one garage door was not working and he thought the motor would have to be replaced and told me it would be around $330 because his engineer would have to replace it. I made a follow-up appointment to get the work done when my husband was going to be there. Matt (I think that was his name) came and replaced the pulleys, made adjustments to existing rollers, and replaced the motor. A new garage door opener came with the new motor and Matt also programmed an old garage door opener so we would have two to use. My husband thought Matt was professional and very knowledgeable. I was thrilled to be able to use my door again (instead of manually closing the door). The last time we had work done on the doors (10 years ago), we had someone from another company do the work and we were not happy with the service. We would definitely use Grand Openings Garage Door again!

Description of Work: The technician replaced the rollers on my garage door and lubricated the tracks. The door works much better now and makes much less noise. He also replaced the light bulb in the unit so that it is much brighter when I come into the garage.
