I was so grateful that a technician was able to come out the day after I called. Matt called to let me know that he was on his way, he arrived during the promised time frame, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently made the repair at a reasonable cost.

It was fast, easy and rewarding. The door rolls smoothly when new rollers are installed. We have a cracked glass pane in the garage door, and the plastic that surrounds every pane has turned beige with age. He noticed the pane and suggested ways to fix it, then looked up the cost of getting new windows with fresh white borders. That was great. The Angie's List deals are a great way toget work done affordably, and to get to know a new service provider. It's a win-win.

Had no problems making an appointment with them. They notified me they were on the way, and were right on time. He came into the garage and started right to work. Didn't mind me standing there and watching and asking questions. Work went perfectly, and our door functions like new. Couldn't be happier.

The torsion spring on my garage door decided to depart this mortal coil (no pun intended) on a Friday afternoon - while it was a great excuse to avoid mowing the lawn that evening, it was trapping my car inside and my wife's car outside, so needed to be fixed pronto. Called up Grand Openings and was able to quickly get a hold of them - they got me in at 11:00 AM on a Saturday (when I called at 4:30 PM Friday). Paul the technician was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. He had the parts in his truck and had me up and running within 30 minutes - plus they tightened some stuff up and lubed the track rollers so it runs better than before I called them. I was pleased with the value provided for the price. Will definitely be keeping them on file in case of other garage door repair/replacement needs.

Mike did an outstanding job on the original install, and returned this week to fix a drooping chain. He arrived exactly on time, and did not charge me for the fix to the chain -- he truly honors his pledge to cover his work 100 percent. I was pleasantly surprised. He didn't even ask for payment for installing and setting up the remote opener. (I had broken the one he installed originally and had ordered a replacement online.)

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They replaced two springs and a few other pieces to fix the door and adjusted the motor mechanism. I will definitely call them again if I need anything for my door.

It was excellent. They have done work for me several times. He's one of those people you can call, he will answer the phone and talk to you. He's just really great. Of all of the people that I have used, I think he is the best. He is top rated in my book. He is very reasonable, and doesn't try to gouge you. He actually had a couple of parts that he had and gave them to me. He said they were left over from other jobs and didn't even charge me for them. If I ever have any problems with my garage, he would definitely be the first person I would call.
