Called for an estimate and Mike Ropelewski came the very next day. He offered alternatives regarding prices and was very helpful and knowledgable as well as easy to talk to. We were able to schedule the work just a couple of days after calling to make the appointment. Junior came at the agreed-upon time and immediately got to work. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Within a few hours, we had a beautiful new door. Couldn't have asked for a better service provider.

Liked that when I asked for pricing told us exactly how much it was going to be instead asking to come out and see it and avoiding answering the question. I have found in the past when people don't answer the question they usually charge you just to come out and then on top of that they end up costing more money for the repair. Was there right on time. Professional staff. Was able to have them scheduled to come out for the repair in under 24 hours. Will use them in the future and recommend them.

Went great, our door is functioning again and it is really quiet now that it has the nylon rollers and has been realigned.

Arrived promptly within a couple days of request. Spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting and explaining the issues with our door. Did what he could to fix the banging noise but it was largely not fixable due to the nature of the problem (door had come unglued from the crosspieces supporting it. I was well satisfied with the work done and the professionalism and expertise of the service provider

From start to finish, Mike was fantastic. He provided a clear estimate that explained the scope of the work and what it included- in writing. Other companies did not do that. We decided to do a 3 layer door that had steel, insulation, then steel. His door had better insulation and R value than the rest and because it was a package deal, Grand Openings beat everyone in price. The total deal included: taking the old door down and hauling it away, installing new weather stripping and installing the new door with all new hardware. While installing, Mike noticed that we needed more support so he added some wood so the garage would not rattle or shake. Our tenant reports that it looks good and is quiet.

We had an old Garage door that was in need for some tune up and some maintenance. We saw the positive reviews and the $99 Deal on this site, and decided to get this done through Grand Openings. I had a pull spring that needed replacement, and had purchased one at Lowes to replace myself, but ended up asking ahead of time when I purchased the door, if they would install, and they said they would. I called ahead of time, and they were very prompt in returning my call. All I can say is that it was a Wonderful Experience! Matthew came and was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Got us done very quickly, and our garage door is very quiet now. Would recommend 100%, and give them an A+.

The torsion spring on one of my garage doors broke early on a Saturday morning. I checked Angie's list and saw that Grand Openings was open on Saturday so I called and left a message. I got a callback within an hour and set up a time for the repair. The technician, Matt, showed up on-time after giving me a call about 1/2 hour before the appointment. Matt gave me a firm estimate on the repair and got to work. The entire repair took only about 20 minutes. I am very pleased with this service and will use Grand Openings again.

He arrived much earlier than I had expected, and he was finished in about 15 minutes. I got what I paid for and was pleased with his work.

Matt was our service technician and he was great! He was on time and explained to me why the garage door sounded so clunky. As a woman, I always appreciate it when men take the time to explain to me why something is occurring and how it can be remedied without making me feel like I'm inferior. Matt was very knowledgeable and punctual, even though he was given the incorrect address originally. He showed up within 10 minutes of going to my old home. I would highly recommend this organization. He gave recommendations but wasn't pushy. I felt like the service provided was very good.

I called at 8am, had a call back within minutes and had an appointment for 4 hours later. Matt arrived on time, gave me a quote, fixed my garage door and was gone within an hour. Highly recommend this company!

Professional, courteous and quick, expert work. Our garage door would not close anymore (rails perhaps misaligned over time) and generally needed a good tune-up, and that's exactly what we got. I would not hesitate to call them again for ANY garage door need in the future!

Contacted them for a problem. Our garage door opener was spontaneously opening the door by itself both day and night. The technician checked everything, reprogrammed the remotes and did some rewiring. He also did a tune-up, including oiling the rollers, tightening the springs and greasing the tracks. I booked this thru Angie's list. Technician showed up right on time. Cost us $75. Would have been a little more, but we got a discount through Angie's list. I have not had the problem since he was here so it appears that it is fixed. I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them.

Everything went fine. The scheduling and communicator was no issue. The provider was punctual and did the work in a timely and friendly fashion.

It went as I had expected. The gentleman came, he was very easy to work with. He provided what he had committed to provide. I can't say that my door operates perfectly now as I was hopeful it would, he did as much as he could do for a 13year old door. He was very professional and attended to all my questions.
