Matt, the technician called prior to arriving to confirm our appointment and was on time. He was professional and courteous. He re-attached the torsion spring,installed new rollers and adjusted the tracks. The door works great now. The cost was less than I expected, and I was totally pleased with the service. I would gladly use them again, if needed, and would recommend them highly.

Mike was very responsive to come out to take a look. He called back a few days later to provide estimates for various options for making repair or replacing the garage door "operator." It took me a while to call back due to my schedule. When I did, Mike again was responsive in returning my calls and set an appointment for just a few days later to do the repairs. To avoid my having to do the shopping and selection I purchased the equipment through Mike. The price seemed pretty comparable to buying it myself and I didn't want to have to work through the maze of potential options. Mike had Matt come out to do the replacement. Matt was prompt, texted me with an ETA, did a great job - showed me how to operate it. When I asked for a 2nd remote, he quickly got it setup and it was just $25 additional cost. I was very pleased with Mike's approach to his work and the end result is a door that functions well, moves much more easily and quietly. I highly recommend Grand Openings. I purchased the deal for $99 through Angie's List. They contacted me promptly to schedule the service after I emailed them to let them know dates that I would be available. The technician showed up on time and quickly preformed the service to the garage door. I was not sure that this type of maintenance call would fix the issues with my door. It was really loud going up and down and seemed to shut really hard. The technician replaced all of the rollers and adjusted the opener. My door is working 100% better! Very happy with the service and the result!

Matt arrived as promised. He removed Tyner Broken spring and found two bad bearings. He performed calculations to determine the proper replacement spring. He installed new bearings and spring. Adjusted garage door opener.

As soon as I called Mike, he assured me he could get someone to my home in a couple of hours to fix my door. Within an hour, I have a phone call from one of Mike's co-workers informing me they were on their way to my home. When Matt arrived I explained to him what was wrong. He immediately helped me get the door up so we could get the cars out of the garage. He measured the good existing spring and weighted the door to make sure he gave me the correct spring. Since the door had two springs on it, he recommended that I replace both springs, which I already knew should be done. He gave me the complete price for the work. Matt carefully and professionally replaced both springs. He also performed a maintenance on the door and made sure the opener was adjusted just right so the door traveled smoothly up and down. Our 8 year old garage door came out of the track and looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I called Mike at 8:45 PM and not only did he 'talk me off the ledge' saying that it's 'probably not as bad as it looks', he had Matt here by 2:45 the next afternoon even though they were booked solid. Matt set to work and quickly fixed the door, lubed up all moving parts and replaced a few too short rollers. The amount charge basically covered labor and a few small parts. Absolutely blown away. Would love to buy them a round of beers some time. We are blessed by their professionalism, efficiency, and ability to pep-talk.

They came out to do the tune up and saw that I needed springs which the tune up does not cover. So we worked out a price and they replaced the springs and fixed my garage door. They were prompt and professional..
