Description of Work: I had a problem with my garage door. I called Grand Openings and Mike came out the next day. He immediately diagnosed a broken spring. He could have replaced the broken spring on the right side but suggested it would prudent to replace both to save a future (very soon) replacement of the second spring as the new spring would put strain on the old existing unbroken one. I feel it was the right advise, the right price and he performed it quickly and efficiently. I will certainly call Mike again when I need garage door work and would recommend him highly. Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for a garage door service. Mike was right on time and very thorough. He fixed my remote and completely serviced the garage door. It sounds and functions 100% better. He also said that if anything doesn't seem or sound right within the next couple of days to give him a call. He installed a wireless keypad for us that I wish I had done some research on before purchasing. I could have gotten the unit a lot cheaper on Amazon, BUT considering I didn't have to do anything to install the keypad other than enter a code I'm ok with it. Description of Work: I bought a service package special for $99 but by the time I could schedule the visit, the chain was off its track & door opener was not working. An interior piece had broken & had to be replaced. We also replaced a gasket on the bottom of the door as well as the rollers & adjustments included in the orig pkg. Door is working fine now & I will probably have work done on another door here & on a rental property.
