FRAZIER'S FURNITURE REPAIR

Mr. Frazier is a very pleasant person who repaired two La-Z-Boy swivel rocker recliners that were not rocking properly. He did an excellent job. He also was focused on making sure the finished job met my approval. I would highly recommend him.

We have been very pleased with the work Mark Fraser did on our 50-year-old White Furniture Co. bedroom suit. Over the years the finish had worn off in many places and there were also scratches and water stains. We didn’t want to spend the amount it would cost to totally strip down and refinish the entire set so Mark gave us options. No other refinishers we talked with would discuss anything except the entire refinishing process. It looks beautiful and we are happy to recommend Mark.

Service and workmanship top notch.. He repaired and refinished a old dining room suit that was passed down from my parents. What really impressed me was what happened after I payed him. After a couple of weeks my wife noticed a minor repair that was missed. I left one voice message and he returned it promptly, came to our house within 3 days , made the repair and apologized for making the error. Would definitely use him again.

My experience has always been very good. They did what they say. They were always prompt and courteous. They did a quality job. The price was reasonable.

I called Mr. Frazier to come to my home and give me an estimate for repairing several antiques and refinishing a cedar chest-of-drawers. He came at the appointed time with an assistant. Only after he got to my home and saw the furniture did he tell me that if I took time to make a decision and he had to come back to my house, he would have to charge me an extra $75 for the return visit. I settled on having him repair the roll-out piece of my antique desk and replace the ragged piece of felt covering the center of this piece. His estimate was high ($535), but I was anxious to get the work done. Part of this estimate included replacing the felt with some kind of vinyl, which he assured me was comparable to leather but much less expensive. The price was contingent on my seeing and approving the choice of vinyl. I called Mr.Frazier the next week to say I did not want to put vinyl on the piece but would replace the felt with a more appropriate material once the repairs were done. I had understood this would decrease the price by about $200. Mr. Frazier said it would only lower the price by $35. I realized I did not get a copy of the order, thus had no record of the repairs we agreed to. I accept responsibility for not being sure I had a copy of the agreement. Mr. Frazier completed the work and delivered the finished product a little over 2 weeks later than the promised 3 weeks. I felt the $500 charge was high for the work done, which consisted of gluing the piece in two places. The work he completed was satisfactory.
