It was more expensive than quoted but I had a much larger area to do. it was done well and affordable.

They were very nice and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I think they have excellent customer service.

Great! He was very professional, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He arrived on time, and completed the job promptly. He even called to follow-up and see if I had any questions or concerns.

That was good. I paid an additional of $50. I have no complains. They came twice, once for the measure and the other for the work. They were a total of three works and all three of them were good.

Fast response when request was sent and appointment fit into my schedule easily. Andrew Taylor and Jim Hayes were the tech's who arrived. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and informative. Andrew took the time to give advice on how to further prevent the problem with mice entering the house through the exterior storage area, which was very helpful. Work was completed quickly but thoroughly. Appreciated that there was no high pressure attempt to up-sell services. Price paid was very reasonable. Will certainly use this company again in the future if the need arises.

I live in a townhome and the HOA doesn't cover termites or exterminator service. Many exterminators do not work on townhomes but Economy was quite familiar with the ins and outs of doing so. The inspector found evidence that termites had been in my garage but didn't see any active ones. I decided to go ahead and have my home treated since others in our community had termite issues. The treatment was scheduled quite timely. The technician, Braxton, arrived early - about 7:15 in the morning and did not leave until after noon. He was quite thorough and kept me informed about what he was doing every step of the way and never seemed to mind when I had questions. During the treatment, the technician actually found active termites in my garage and he took extra steps in treating that area. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of all involved from the person who took my initial call, the inspector and the technician. I would not hesitate to recommend Economy Exterminators.

It went well. It cost more than the big deal because they covered a certain amount of square feet underneath the house and there is more square foot that kind the make the house that there and that was fine. They returned our call very quickly, they were good as far as bid and the service that they're gonna do, and it's been good. They communicate very well whether putting down the vapor berry or everything.

After using a different company for an initial termite inspection for the home purchase, and having a very bad experience with them (scheduling, obtaining the required report and expensive), I called Economy Exterminators for follow-up. The free estimate was conducted in a very thorough and professional manner. The representative spent a long time in the crawl space poking around - much longer than the other company's rep who told me I had extensive termite infestation. The Economy Exterminator guy said it was not so extensive but did recommend treatment and gave a detailed explanation. The following Saturday, a technician came on time in the early a.m. and did the treatment, cleaned out the crawl space and installed a vapor barrier. Their rates are about the same as the better quality exterminators in the area. Very well done job and I will continue using this company annually

When the gentleman came out he did speak to us regarding the service plan. We were very happy with him and the service so we signed up. The sales and service person both were on time and very polite. The service technician really took his time getting everything sprayed taken care of.

They came in for a full termite treatment, which involved drilling inside and outside along of the exterior walls of the house. They showed up on-time for the estimate, which I thought was very fair. The actual service rep showed up right on time, was very friendly and got the work done very quickly. He even took the time to point out several termite tunnels that he'd found. All in all, work was completed quickly and done to a high degree of quality.

The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. There was a cable line running 1/2 the length of the crawl space and took the time to weave this over the duct work closer to ceiling. He did a great job of removing the old barrier and putting down a thicker more durable barrier on the floor. I would use them again!

All of the workers at Economy Exterminators are very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are patient, and answer all of our questions. This is an EXCELLENT company! We have a monthly service contract, and we have been very satisfied so far.

I bought the Angie's deal that this company had several months ago...500 sq. ft. of crawl space for $149. FYI...500 sq. ft. is not much...so when the gentleman came out to review our service needs, he noted that we had more than 500 sq. ft....approximately 2200 sq. ft., so to vapor barrier our entire crawl space it ended up being an additional $490. We really needed this done, so I went ahead and went with this company. They did a great job, tech arrived on time, he did the job quickly, and it was done well.

Economy was prompt and professional. The estimate they gave for the vapor barrier and drainage/sump pump seemed very reasonable. It has been only a month since installation, but so far it seems to have cured the problem. I would definitely use their services in the future.

I called a number of exterminators. They all have a set price for that service. This place was around $50+ less than any other for the same service. They communicated well on the phone. Came out early on Saturday morning to get the bees while they were still in the nest. I had described the location of the nest over the phone. They arrived and began working while we were still sleeping. There were two staff, one was covered heard-to-toe in protective gear. They sprayed the nest. That was 10 months ago and we have not had a problem since.

They have done fine. Nothing stands out, it is pretty routine, they just come out and spray.

The guy who came was very pleasant. He didn't try to talk me into anything. He relieved my anxiety about thinking I had termites and let me know they were just ants.

Prompt, helpful service. Explained and walked through three points where rodents might be getting into house and provided tips for addressing the entry points. Set a couple types of bait for dealing with existing mice in house. Mice were dead within a week and issue was resolved with no further infestations to date. We were very happy with the service provided.

They are great. I had a mouse issue when I moved as it was a new building. They were able to eliminate the mice from our crawl space. They come in, they spray and are very friendly. I haven't seen anything in the house so that is great and its very nice to have them come! They come when you need them, even if it is between their schedule. I have had other exterminators come and try to talk me out of the contract but I am very pleased with them so we have been using them for over a year and a half.

After coming out and checking my situation at home, it was discovered that another company would be better suited to handle my particular pest issue. Recommendation and visit were made free of charge. Very helpful service.

We thought they did a great job, arrived when they said they would and did the work as promised. We would use them again.
