After finding some inactive termite tunnels in the garage and crawl space of our new home - we wanted to be on the safe side and have the home treated to prevent future invasion. We received estimates from 4 companies - Economy Exterminators was one of the lower priced options but what set them apart was their knowledge of their salesperson and thorough explanation of the work that would be performed. We had a lower priced option with another company, but that salesperson did not appear knowledgeable or capable of giving us confidence that they would treat our property properly. After signing up we were able to get someone out a couple of days later. The exterminator was very thorough and drilled our garage floor, trenched and treated the outside perimeter and treated the crawl space as applicable. He spent about 5 hours and left the home in good condition (patched up drill holes, cleaned up job site, etc...). Would certainly recommend them for termite treatment.

I have been using them for several years. They come by monthly for treatment. I have no complaints. I am giving them a little time right now. I have spring ants coming in the kitchen, but that is to be expected. They came out when I called last year several times. They leave a bill on the door.

Went fine, but like most pest control, didn't last all that long.

We had just purchased our new home but had not moved in yet so we had them come out and inspect our place for pests. The initial inspection seemed pretty thorough and we signed up for a bi-monthly service for 1yr. They are very punctual and polite and well groomed. They always ask if we are having any problems with any pests so they can focus more attention in that area. I have never taken the time to follow them around on the regular inspections (except the initial inspection) so I cannot know for sure what they do each time but I can say that we have not had any problems with any pests, except some wasps. We cannot seem to locate a specific nest so I am not sure there is anything they can do about them. Overall, we are very happy with them, although the $44/mo is fairly expensive so I doubt we will continue once the year contract is up. I will add that as a part of their service, they will come out separately to treat any infestation/problem we have at no additional cost so I guess I don't feel the value as much because I have never had to make any call. Kind of like insurance - you don't feel the value until you need to use it I guess.

I bought their $99 rodent prevention deal. They came out the next day, did a full inspection and did the rodent prevention. I have not seen any droppings since they came out. They were very thorough, and did a great job.

We have the pest control and everything has been fine. They're prompt, they come when they need to. Everybody was very reasonably priced. They are very great, they are reliable. I have not seen a bug in the house. They come on a schedule. I don't know if it was every 3 months that they came to do it. I saw them very recently. They mark it so that we know that the cat shouldn't go out which is very, very important.

A Sales representative came out to my house and performed an inspection determine where the mice were located. He provided us with our with a number of options for their services. We elected to contract for a year of service which included extermination of all pests (mice, insects, etc.). The next day another representive came and set a series of traps in the affected locations and told us he would return at a later date to determine the effectiveness of his traps. I was extremely pleased with both of the representatives. They fully explained what their approach was to resolve my problem. The process was explained, results expected as well as answering all of my questions. Today, another representative, Paul, came to inspect the traps and made adjustments as necessary. He was extremely informative about what he had seen and what he had done. He was a wealth of information and had a fantastic ability to communicate with us.

At the time of scheduling the service I was not sure of what type of rodent was inhibiting my attic. The service provider came to my home and identified an issue with both mice/rats and a squirrel. The squirrel was in the attic at the time and made an exit during the service provider's visit. The service provider does not provide servicing for squirrels. They treated for the mice. He suggested that since the squirrel had exited the attic, getting the entry point fixed as quickly as possible would prevent them for entering again. This is what I did and I haven't experienced any additional problems.

I have been using the company for over 2 years. They have fantastic technicians. They are very helpful, professional and courteous. They are neat and clean. They are respectful of our home and scheduling is great. They are fantastic about coming out whenever we need.

Chose company due to angies list deal and seeing them in the area. There was confusion on my end in the price due to the way the deal i purchased was listed. The installer came out to measure and schedule a time for installation. I was no home and my fiancee didnt want to schedule yet due to the extra cost. The installer wouldnt allow us to schedule without payment up front. I discussed both of these issues with economy exterminators and they worked with us to resolve them to our satisfaction. It is possible to encounter an issue with any company, what matters is how they deal with the issues. In this case Economy exterminators went above and beyond and i will definitely consider them again in the future.

This company is AMAZING. I called them in a panic because there was a mouse running around my family room. Someone came by immediately and he caught the mouse for me. He then looked to see there was evidence of any more mice - unfortunately there was - and directed me to their Angie's List deal to help me save money on the extermination. The office staff were friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service.
