Turn around time from the time we bought the service until it was done was a couple of days. Could not have been better.

Great! The tech was thorough, pleasant, took his time and explained what he was doing.

The termite inspection went well, the technician found some other issues and made us aware of what they were. Some were not even related to extermination, for example he saw that a pipe was broken underneath our house and let us know about it so we could get it fixed.

For what they promised, they did deliver. They did a crawlspace inspection on my rental property. The one thing that did catch me by surprise though, is that in the deal it said that they would give a report in the end. It was a verbal report, instead of a written one which I had wanted.

I called Monday morning, purchased a coupon and requested service. They said they would see if their man could fit me in. The exterminator arrived 90 minutes later. He listened to my problem (large and small palmetto bugs) and explained the procedure. He did not try to sell me a service contract. He was happy to do the job purchased and not press me for more. Within 4 days all the bugs were gone. I would recommend them to anyone.

They schedule things with us by phone normally or email, something like that. They had the original contract when the house built to do the treatment and then they come out once a year to inspect. If they see something to treat then we handle that. The price seems in line.

I had a great experience. Matt came out to do consultation and was very personable. Spoke with me about issue and what I wanted to be done. Explained everything that will be done and made sure that I was comfortable with the process and answered all questions and concerns that I had. Took his time to evaluate my home inside and out. Made me feel very happy that I chose this company to take care of my pest problem. The tech Ryan, came out on time, he was even early showing up, which is a plus. My experience with this company so far has been wonderful.

I encourage people to use them. When they put the traps in they even offered that if I did not want to get rid of the traps myself that I could call the office and they would come and get rid of the traps that had mice in them for me. They couldn't tell me how long it would take for them to get here but they actually offered to do that for me. I've never had any exterminators say, "I'll come pick up your trap and throw out the trap and the dead mouse for you." This was one of those above and beyond and when they went around the house and for example they went under the house and they found several spider nests under the house and when the guy came out after he treated it he said to me, You probably don't have any reason to go under house but don't go under the house for several days because there's a really nasty spider's under there." He went out of his way to come and tell me that, which he didn't need to do that. He could have just left, but he came back and said, "You know don't go under there. I just treated it and they will die off, but don't go under there for any reason." And they tell me and they leave me a message or they knock on the door and tell me when they come and spray even though they know I don't have small children or dogs they want me to know they sprayed so that I know the chemicals are in my yard. This is another provider that I've been very impressed with. Cost-wise, everybody is the same on cost but these guys, their interpersonal skills are very, very good and they are very careful. They very clearly want to do a good job.

After 3 visits this month by a competitor, EE eliminated our ants in one visit. Located the source and the nest, used multiple chemicals while the competition only used one which obviously didn't work. Signed a 1-year agreement with no hesitation.

Stephen Mondello was knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection, explained the results, listened to what our priorities were and did not try to oversell. The gentleman who did the treatment was also knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. We didn't compare prices with other companies because we were already familiar with Economy Exterminators' work from friends' recommendations. Other companies may be less expensive, but we feel we definitely got what we paid for.

It went well. The process of setting up an appointment was easy and painless. Stephen came out fairly quickly, was punctual and professional. The price quote he gave me was reasonable, and I was willing to move forward with services. Unfortunately, as it turned out, my spouse and I had miscommunicated about what we needed. He wanted a termite inspection and a one-time service, but not recurring service. Once I communicated that to Stephen, he gave me a new quote for a one-time service, which was a little higher than we could afford to pay. Still, we agreed that the one-time service cost was not unreasonable. In the end, Stephen was very professional. He canceled the contract I'd signed with no fuss at all, and was very polite about it. He didn't charge me for the termite inspection, and asked only that we consider Economy for our future needs. Both my husband and I will consider Economy in the future, should our needs fit.

Purchased this in 2014 and followed up with this again to ensure no new problems. Two technicians arrived promptly and were very professional and a pleasure to have in the house. They wore foot slip covers while inside and performed the rodent work. Additionally, I was told about some possible problems that we might want to address, but the info was given in a way that I appreciated, not as a hard up sell. Everything went fine and I recommend Economy Exterminators.

Great! Every step was organized and professional. They were on time, thorough, and provided the services as advertised.

They let us know that the problem was squirrels in the attic, not mice as we suspected and since they "don't do squirrels" gave us some pointers on how to keep them out in the future and referred us to a critter specialist. They also pointed out some other issues we weren't even ware of and gave us a few options for dealing with them--which we may choose to do if "home remedies" are not effective. Since the major issue is something they don't do, they offered to refund our Angie's list voucher! You don't see that kind of honesty these days! If we do decide we need help with bugs or mice, we'll definitely call these guys.

They worked me in (even though they were booked) very quickly to help catch some mice that were in our house. Very helpful and professional, I would definitely recommend them...and the deal was very well priced @ $99 for the service.
