Description of Work: They were very good explaining what service was appropriate for our business office building. Arrived on time and could tell the next day that what was done was effective. Lots of dead bugs the next day.

Description of Work: Paid for rodent elimination. The tech was not certain what I had paid and tried to sell me a plan. I spoke with the company and they then sent someone out to eradicate the mice later that day.
