They were prompt, did a good job, and were courteous. They did exactly what I asked them to do.

They have been really good. The people that come out to the house to do it are pleasant. It is kind of expensive though, but they get rid of the problems. They charge $42 a month for the service but they only come out every 60 days. They come out and just go around the perimeter of the property, but if we are having any trouble in the house, they will come at any time with no charge. I just think that their monthly charge is too much but I have nothing else to compare them with because I haven't used anybody else.

They are very punctual, always show up a few minutes early. So far they have been very thorough. We changed our service subscription since the previous company never called before they came out and put out fewer sticky traps with each visit. We're saving $50 / year with Economy and at the same time getting service 6X / year instead of just 4X.

I think we got them from Angie's List. We changed out to them about a year and a half ago. They have been outstanding. We have a contract with them. I have no idea how much we spend. My husband Bob pays all that. I think it is a couple hundred a year for everything. They solved our ant problem that the other exterminator was not able to do. They come out right away when you call them. They are always very professional. They let you know when they are coming. They are on time. If you are home, they just check out with you before they leave and let you know everything was fine. They do a thorough job. I think they are excellent. We would use them again and we recommend them to other people too.

They are very good. They are on time, professional, they do what they say and I would rate the high overall.

Overall, the experience has been good. The technicians are professional and polite. They always let you know when they’re here and what they’re doing. Everything has gone well!

We've used them for over 23 years and they are excellent. They ask for a day that we are available and if we are not available, they get a key to our house. They are trustworthy and do a good job. Since we've been with them so long, we pay $33 a month and $100 for the termite inspection since they put the barrier down. If we have any termites they will take care of them. They are excellent and they come when they say they will come. If we see anything in the house, we call and they come right back. They haven't caused us any problems and they have fixed everything we wanted.

I was interested in this company because of their high rating on Angie's List, and they offered a coupon to new customers. I will have to find another provider of this service.

This treatment plan is a monthy plan, they come out every other month for maintenance.

We are very happy with them. They were really prompt. They’re always on time and they are awesome. I was actually not at home when they came over to do the job and they only did the outside of the house now. When they came in and did the initial service which included the inside of the house, it was excellent. The staff was friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. They stuck close to their estimate. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The inspector was 15 minutes early. He was thorough -- finding 7 places of termite activity in the garage. His estimate was for $938. That included trenching around the house and drilling in the garage. There was an option to renew the warrant at $125 the next year. After that the price could have gone up. The warranty did not include coverage for for termite damage. When I told him I wanted to discuss the estimate with my husband and would get back to him, he told me I had to make a decision before he left, because North Carolina law said that I had to sign forms in front of him. He told me that I could not sign and fax forms to him later. He asked me to call up my husband on his cell phone while he was there. He was very aggressive about having me sign then and there. I had three other companies give me estimates, and did not encounter anything like this with the other companies. Prior to that, I really thought I was going to higher Economy, despite the fact that his estimate was higher than others. Because of his insistence that I sign now, I did not use them.

They had to come out three times but that wasn’t their fault. It was just the nature of the pests. I used a coupon for their service. They came and they did some stuff for moths. I didn’t see any improvement. So they came back and they put in some things to sort of diagnose the issue better. They put tents out and when I called to tell them that the little bags were full, they came back and they sprayed. I’d seen a couple of those pests for a few days and now they are gone. It was cheap for whatever the price was. They were thorough and that was great. The coupon made the price really great. I will use their services again in the future.

Economy Exterminators were very professional and came prepared to discuss my termite treatment options. The only issue is that their $1600 estimate was twice as much as the independently owned companies. I decided to go with my existing exterminating company. The other issue with Economy is that they were trying to sell me on installing a dehumidifier and new vapor barrier in my crawl space for an additional $3200. They were trying to sell me a package deal of $4,800 when that was overkill for my situation. Keep in mind I had no termite damage and had 3 inspections prior to them arriving, so I knew my situation in advance. The moisture readings they provided in my crawl space were not the same that I, nor others came up with, so this is just to make you aware of possible sales tactics for this company. On the other hand, if you don't want to do your homework and check other companies, feel free to use them because I'm sure they will do a great job, but it will cost you.

I was very pleased with the work they did for me, particularly the vapor barrier replacement. They emptied out everything under the house, removed the old lining and put down new. I separated all the personal stuff they pulled out, and they even hauled off a huge pile of trash for me! The termite work was done quickly. They did a good job explaining what they did.

I called Economy Exterminators on June 6 because we had had 4-5 wasps in our house over a period of several days. Originally they were supposed to come out to inspect for nests on June 8 but we rescheduled because I had a conflict. When I called on the morning of the 8th to reschedule, I mentioned that we had not seen wasps in 2 days. The woman I spoke to told me to call back on Monday June 13 because she had no appointments available until then. She also said that since we had not seen wasps in a few days it was possible that all the wasps had left the nest and that there would be no more coming into the house. I thought this was very honest of her. I did not see any wasps in the house that weekend, so I was all set to call them on the 13th to tell them not to come, but on Monday morning the 13th I saw one in the house. So I called and they sent someone out on Tuesday the 14th for a free inspection. The man found the nest, but counseled me that it would cost about $200 to send a team out to take care of it, and it was something we could get rid of ourselves. So I give them super high marks for their honesty.

I called Economy on a Friday and they were able to come out the following Monday. The person i talked to was very helpful and understanding. I advised her that i would be using a coupon from Angie's List. She was completely knowledgeable concerning the coupon. She also told me how many people would be coming to my home and what their names were. The two men arrived on time and did a thorough job.

I have an on going contract with Economy to perform routine pest control. They have been very responsive when called back during their unscheduled days to tend to issues with carpenter bees and ants. They're always professional, they try to explain how something can happen and how I can prevent it from happening outside of their treatments and now they're going to be performing all of the necessary work to do a full termite treatment as I have termites. They're easy to work with and they do offer great financing for those larger jobs. If only they replaced ducts then I'd be in debt to them for life!

The entire process was excellent. The employees were prompt and thorough. Although the company representative offered to sell me a protection plan, I decided to wait until I could better assess the severity of my problem. There was no "hard sell," and the employees came across as quite knowledgeable and honest. I have avoided extermination companies for years after bad experiences with two local companies. I will definitely use Economy Exterminators for all future needs.

I will have them taking care of my home for the next year. The ants moved to another part of my property and they came out the same day, on Saturday, to take care of this issue. I recommended them to two neighbors!
