On time, very professional, and very thorough. Performed the work as if it was their house and cleaned up leaving no trace that they had been there. Levi is a gentleman and a professional of the highest order.. They were so good and thorough that I hope I won't have to use them again.

They did exactly as they said they would do in a very professional manner. Sprayed around the house, in crawl space. Wiped down cob webs all around the house. I have used them for many years and they have always performed in a professional manner and with quality.

Joe T was here on time, not even a sec late. He thoroughly looked at the problem. His honesty about the situation humbled me. He basically said that he has never encountered a nasty problem like this and he has to counsel his boss. They were able to refer me to the exact department at NC Agriculture dept. These people know the ins and outs of the business, the kind of problems that are there, what they can and will do. Otherwise, they are extremely thorough in how and where to direct their customers to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE who needs exterminators. They were timely, professional, and thorough. I downloaded a coupon which they said only applied to a year's contract. However, no where on the coupon did it state that. The coupon should state that, specifically.

CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL THE MICE WERE GONE.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came was expected and they were satisfactory. Since May, we have not encountered a termite in the house so the service was satisfactory so far. We had agreed for them to come on a Monday. I looked at the weather report and it said that it would be a rainy day that day and that means that they will not be able to work if it would be raining. So I called them and told them about the weather prediction and it didn't look good for a Monday. They called me a couple of hours later and arranged to have it done on the next day so that was satisfactory. They were able to take care of us in that instance. Supervisor apparently looked at the report for the technician that did the work and he wasn't sure that it was going to be 100% and without any prompting from me, they came and did additional work at no additional charge because they felt that perhaps the technician had nt completely eliminated the possibility of termite intrusion.

Great, all service people were professional and courteous.

We have some rotted wood in the kitchen by the back door. We noticed what looked like ants and were afraid that it might be termites. We called Economy and they came out a couple of hours after we called. The man who came out looked at the affected area and inspected under and around the house and found no evidence of termites.

The Economy folks arrived right on time and were very professional. They explained what they were going to do, and what their service did not cover (and they didn't try to sell me additional services). The completed a thorough inspection of the affected areas both inside and outside of the house and applied treatments (traps, poison, etc.). They also made an appointment to return two weeks later to reinspect and to remove dead rodents, which they did exactly as they had promised. I was very pleased with their professionality and the quality of their service.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Economy Exterminators. The coupon was a minimum package and a typical house would not fall under that package so I paid an additional amount for their service. The package only allows a minimum of 300 square feet. But they did well with the job. I think that if the company wanted to do a promotion, it should be for a more reasonable price rather than revise something and eventually saying that the house does not cover the package. They are nice people, they did the job.

The front person and the actual exterminator were both very professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

They are straight As. They were great.

My call received by Betsy, was very pleasant. After making sure the company serviced out my way, she got me set up immediately for an appointment. Michael Phipps arrived the next time, very promptly and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection that yielded us unfavorable news but not surprising. We had been told by Orkin that we did have a "little standing water" in the front of our crawlspace. He drew out a very professional diagram of our home footprint (which ended up bigger than he/we thought and uped the estimate a bit) and explained what the best method would be for keeping the water from continuing to accumulate and possibly lead to wood rot and mold down the road. He has a tool that measure the amount of moisture in our wood and explained to us how that is detrimental. I explained due to the amount of money we'd be possibly spending, we would be getting 2 more estimates. He appreciated that and said he would not bother us but would wait to hear our decision. I appreciated that as well and will therefore let him know one way or the other. The company will be easy to work with I believe and they are very accommodating when it comes to paying the amount due.

I was satisfied with what they did, but they told me that the noises in my attic and insulation from my bathroom fan were squirrels. They said that mice would not go in the attic. I then had to call a squirrel removal company who told me it was mice. The first Angie's List form I printed said it was their 37 point inspection but when I printed the confirmation it no longer had that information. I was confused about what they were going to do and that they were not returning.

Economy is our regular exterminator. A technician inspects and treats our home bi-monthly.

Economy exterminators was contracted to install a water/vapor barrier in the crawl space via Angie's list Big Deal. When it was initially installed, I did not think it was done correctly, so I did not give them an A+ rating on Angie's list. They called me the same day that I submitted the rating and made it immediately apparent that they would not be satisfied until I was satisfied with the job. John Canning, the owner, personally came out and explained to me the code, industry standards, and the best practices. After patiently explaining to me (I can be slow on the uptake) he offered to completely redo the installation and even refund my purchase if I was not satisfied. I cannot say that I have ever in my life experienced such exceptional customer service from any company in any industry. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer care and the quick response to my concerns. When all was said and done, I felt like I was treated like a king, and I am completely satisfied by the end result of the work that Economy Exterminators did at my home! A++

Overall, the inspection went very well.

No actual service was performed for me. However, the vendor was punctual and very professional at determining what my problem was.

We found the company in the Angie's list book for our area. We called and made an appointment and Michael showed up on time. We look forward to their service for the next year.

Everything went well. They provided the service as expected and we've not had a problem since.

I e-mailed the company with my request and someone called me the next morning to set an appointment. They arrived on time and performed the agreed work. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and the work I contracted with them for was performed as promised. Good job by a good company.

We had seen roaches and mice droppings...yuck! Bought a deal on AL and redeemed it right before Christmas. The guys were on time, very polite and professional, we left while they worked and we didn't have any issues until about 3 months ago.
