I like the quality of the work they performed.

I recently went next door to see the work done for my neighbor by another professional and compared it with what they did for me, and there is no comparison. The work done for me is just no good. I have seen at other places that the metal border should be pounded into the ground, but they have not done that and it would eventually fall over. He was a really nice guy but I am just not happy that he didn't install it properly. The price was okay. He came right out and was on time. I would probably use him again in the future if he came back and fixed the problem, but it is not done yet.

Had the right tools for the job. Accidentally cut the att line, but Andrew (owner) spliced it back up himself. Very professional. Used ditch witch to dig the trench, put down the pipe, then used a compactor to compact soil back down. Then as an added bonus, he put down seed to get grass growing on top of the newly dug up soil.

They are really. We have no complaints so far. They came and did a good job. If you know what you want with your landscaping, they are the one to go with. If you need a lot of direction with your landscaping, they might not be the one to go with.

Overall a fantastic job. Andrew was here to provide an estimate precisely on the date and time of our appointment. He provided the necessary advice to make the adjustments to the job that were necessary to ensure quality. He did not try to upsell me. He started a day late on the job due to weather but finished within the time estimate that was provided. He and his crew did quality work. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of the job. Turns out that they had finished seeding the yard the friday before the storms and tornados hit NC. Runoff from the storm carried away much of the topsoil and seed that was put down that week. I asked Andrew if he could repair the damage and he show up the next day and filled in the eroded spots with fresh top soil. He has been very pleasant to work with since the beginning of the job. I will use him again for any other landscaping needs that I have.

The work was just fine and completed on time. However later I discovered that the dirt and ground cover removed for the drain was dumped farther back in the yard.

They're fantastic! I would use them again. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and did good work.

I would be talking to them for further yard work. We have high temperatures here and drought. There hasn’t been much rain at all. I have to call them and tell them not to come out since the grass is not growing. I am about to call them and tell them that this week would be a good time to mow. I will be talking to Andrew who is the owner about aerating the lawn. I may have them put in something since it’s getting way too hot here. So I would be talking to them as to what we would have to do between now and February because we are going to install few things in February. It’s the weather which is a problem and it has nothing to do with them. They have done an excellent job all the way through and I am very pleased. They will work with me considering the weather. There are some companies who will just come to mow the lawn even if it’s not growing but Andrew will work with you. So I consider that as a major plus. I would use their services in the future too.

He is very knowledgeable and has his own business. We've been here for over 3 years and we've been with him for about 2 and half years. I did have someone else to give me another bid but Cutting Edge was a lot lower. Landscaping in this area is very expensive. He just does an excellent job and when you ask him to do something he does it perfectly or he’ll tell you he can't do it right now because it's the wrong time of the year. He is very honest and we got to pay him once a month instead of every week. He is a young man and one of the nicest. I would give him A's on all categories.

We had to let him go for 6 months because my husband was out of work and for $450, he and 3 other guys came out here for 4 hours and trimmed everything up and blew all the leaves, raked it up, moved them. He is going to come back a little later and prep them and trim all the crape myrtles. I would grade him A on all categories. He is the most personable and honest person that we've met since we've been here. I would definitely use him in the future. I went back and forth with him and I told him stuff I wanted him to do so he typed it up and e-mailed it to me. He said "this is what I am going to do for you the whole year". He wrote everything that he was going to do. We were on a monthly where during the summer he was out here every 10 days but during the winter he may not come out here but once ever 2 weeks because there is nothing to maintain. If I ever needed him I would call him and tell him. In the overall price that he quoted us for the clean up of the whole yard he didn't charge extra for the work. I asked him to do it and he cut the tree up and moved it and he didn't even charge me extra for it. It was already cut down with no branches but we just couldn't get the help to move it. He's been very good to us and we give him a bonus too just like we do to the others for Christmas. It may not be much but it's just sometime to be thankful for what they've done.

He is great and if I need anything done that is not on his to-do at that time, he will definitely make sure that it is done. We pay him $200 a month to maintain our yard. We had to stop for about 6 months because my husband was out of work. He is very knowledgeable about the different plants and grasses. I recommended him to a lady down the street as well. There is a certain type of grass that you can'’t put in until it is spring like Zoysia. He'll fertilize twice a year, trim this time of the year and he does everything. He has done an excellent job and he's the type of guy that you want to be friendly with, I'll go out, we'll sit down and we'll talk and my husband will talk to him and he'll just take time out of his busy schedule to see how you’re doing. He is very personable and if someone doesn't want anything to do with him then he'll just come and do the job. He would show up just to do something and I would say "hey you know some of those bushes, when are you going to trim them" and he'll say "I'll do it in the next couple weeks".
