full service company. small family owned with other family and friends working for me. we have special offerings on heating and a/c servicing in fall and spring months. $89 dollars per call, with no trip charge or diagnostic charge. we are not a company who tries to talk you into replacing anything that we feel can be repaired and still give good service. Price vs competition was competitive. He acted as broker and hired carpenter to complete work. Work by carpenter was excellent. Tim was poor in getting materials when needed. Cleanup was excellent. Windows that he installed could have been better. Showed lack of dedication to our job.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced rotted wood siding and dormer windows with PVC windows and Hardyboard siding.
