The team swooped in with all their gear and took down the trees in very short order. One of the trees was removed completely, with no debris left behind. This was a very large sycamore that had died, and it was in a precarious place in my yard, but they did great with it. I had asked for the other tree to be left for my husband to split into firewood, and they chopped it into short pieces perfectly sized for him to split. Also, they squeezed me in early due to an opening in their schedule, which worked out great for us. Very professional, will use them again for sure.

The entire process was informative, professional and well done. I just bought my house and the trees were all unruly. I had pin oak trees in my yard trimmed, a couple of overgrown privet trees chopped and stumps ground as well as a holly tree trimmed down as well as trimming branches from my neighbors trees that were extending far into my yard. Also, another neighbor hired the team to do his trees! The whole process was great - from initial meet and greet, quote to the actual work. The crew was quick and efficient. Definitely on my 'hire' list!

From first contact it took a while before they have anyone available to come out to my home and provide a quote. I think it was between 3-4 weeks wait, but they told me that from the start so it did not bother me. On the agreed day Steven from CS Tree Services came out right on time to assess how much work that needed to be done and to provide a quote. From what I can tell he seemed very knowledgeable and answered all questions in a clear and non rushed manner. After our meeting I received a quote via email within 30 minutes. Afterwards I was very pleased with the meeting. The reason I did not end up hiring them for the work was that the quote came back higher than I had projected and was willing to pay. It did not completely surprise me since as Steven explained all the things they would need to do and I while he was doing that I was thinking to myself that it sounds like a lot more work than I had expected. For this reason I do not review the price here. I have not talked to any other tree companies and have no idea if the quote from CS Tree was high or if I simply underestimated the amount of work needed. Just because the quote was high does not necessarily mean it was unjust. Overall my impression of CS Tree Services was very good I do recommend talking to them if you have tree related work that needs to be done.

Very pleased with CS Tree Services. CS Tree Services quickly responded to my call for an estimate and the work was scheduled to be performed a short time later. I was surprised at how quickly the job was completed considering the scope of the work. I was also happy with the cleanup afterwards. In particular, my gravel driveway showed no evidence of the heavy equipment that used the driveway to perform the work. I would recommend CS Tree Services.

I have used CS before, and was very pleased with their work, so called them again to recheck my trees and to trim as necessary. One of the three was not in any need of work; they provided an estimate via email the same day, and scheduled the work. On the day before Hurricane Florence was supposed make landfall, CS contacted me to ask if they could come THAT DAY, which was well before their scheduled time; of course, we couldn't have been more pleased to get the tree work done before the storm hit. They showed up on time with a bucket truck, a chipper and a full crew, worked diligently, cleaned up completely, and we didn't have a single limb of any size come down during the storm. I couldn't be more pleased.

Steve, the arborist, made initial visit and sent proposal...we liked his professinalism and the bid was slightly less than any of the other 3 we received. Crew was on time (early even), very professional and friendly. Tall pines were removed safely using a crane; clean up was good. Would definitely hire again.

Work was completed on time without any severe issues. A couple of the bushes that were trimmed back were WAY cut back, and it will be interesting to see if they survive. But the main service, removing two extremely large trees, one by use of crane, went well and without issue.

We had multiple trees removed from our properties and we chose CS Tree Services because of their prior work for us a few years ago and their reasonable price. They used grapple crane to remove old tall pines from the backyard and the work was done extremely efficient. We are quite pleased with the neat work, pleasant interaction with the crew members and especially amazed with the equipment/machines. Their A300 pruning service was excellent not only in the artistic point of view especially for our willow oak on our front yard, but also in clearing the tree structure and the space between tree and house. They also accommodated our additional request for clearing the Leyland Cypress trees along the yard free of charge for which we are thankful. They did very deep grinding of tree stumps and so neat that we can hardly recognized the spot where we had a dead old prune tree along the curbside. We will definitely request their service again if we have more trees to be removed and pruned.

I had 2 trees removed a 40 foot and a 80 foot tree both dead or damaged. Both were removed safely and quickly. The crew was very well trained and professional while on site.

This is the second time I've used the services of C(hris) and S(teven) Tree Services and I'd definitely call them again. They exhibit the highest degree of professionalism. They have the experience, expertise, and equipment to do the job. They are safety conscious, courteous, on-time, and efficient. They removed a 45ft. bulky Leyland and a 75ft. pine, both of which were near the house and very close to a wooden fence. I should note that this did cause some small damage to the turf, but I expected that it would and it was minimal; their grapple crane keeps most of the trees from hitting the ground at all. They also pruned two Nellie Stevens hollies away from the house. And, they were kind enough to limb-up another pine when I asked.

Went but stump grinding was delayed for about a week due to equipment repairs.

They were punctual, did precisely what we hired them to do and again cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they had done any work at all.

Two tree removals with trunk grinding and pruning of a Japanese maple. He is an arborist as well. The experience was alright. I have already recommended them.

We have hired CS Tree Services several times now. They show up when the work is scheduled and perform all tasks completely and professionally. Frankly, we consider them "our tree people" as we no longer even consider anyone else.
