Dan and his crew were punctual in their start time and finished what I consider a large job in less than a day and a half. This was at a house my wife rents to a family member so I had marked the trees to be cut with orange tape ahead of time. By the time I arrived the first morning, Dan had already briefed his crew on the work to be done and they started at it soon after. We had already discussed disposal of the trees and I opted to have the smaller stuff (less than 12 " diameter) chipped on site and spread on the wooded lot. The rest would be hauled off. During the first hour or so of work, a neighbor came by and asked for the larger stuff to use for firewood. Dan and his crew obliged and trekked the larger stuff next door to him. I was very well pleased with the quality and speed of work. A couple of the trees were actually leaning over the house and these were removed without incident to the property. Most of the other trees were also close to the house and also removed without incident. The stumps were ground up satisfactorily. The clean up when they were finished cutting was also very good. There was not much to do once they were finished. I moved some of the wood chips around a little and smoothed out the few bobcat tire tracks that were left in the backyard. No problem. I will have these guys back next time I need tree work done!
Description of Work: Cut and removed 9 large trees near house plus numerous smaller ones around yard. Ground stumps down on 5 of the larger trees and three of the smaller trees. They also limbed up a couple of trees.

This company is better known as CTLS Elite Outdoor Services. Daniel Webb and his crew do excellent work. I believe I originally discovered them through Premiere Tree Services. We had seven trees dangerously close to the house and wanted them removed. Due to the size of the trees and their proximity to the house, Daniel brought in a crane to aid in removal. This also minimized the damage to the yard that hand-cutting and front-loader removal would have caused. I had another well-known provider in the area tell me point-blank that they were going to tear up my yard. I was glad to have not gone with that provider. Daniel and his crew were responsive to my needs, quick, friendly, and did an excellent job with cleanup. This is the second time I have used them, and will use them again anytime the need arises.

Overall the service was great. They showed up early with a crew of five people and pleny of equipment to get the job done correctly and quickly. They removed the trees without damaging my lawn or rock retaining walls. The ground down the stumps in my planting beds as well, which another tree service company said could not be done. they left everything in great shape and my planting beds look like they'r ready to receive new trees whereas the other tree service companies would have had me plant around the old stumps. Very happy with the service.
Description of Work: Removed a bradford pear tree that succumbed to a recent storm and fell over in my yard. Also removed two old junipers that were overgrown and unhealthy. Ground all stumps.

Went very well. They came in and got the job done. They worked in a safe manner. They also did a good job of keeping me up to date when they were going to be late on-site. They cleaned up nicely. The real value here was the price: Community Tree and Landscape Services quoted $900. Leaf and Limb Tree Service quoted $1600 and Tyndall Tree Service quoted $2200 - for the same trees, the same work. I don't begrudge anyone a good days pay, but that was quite a range between Community Tree and the other 2. What happens in our subdivision, which has $500 K and $600 K houses, is that vendors sometimes quote based upon the subdivision. The same service often would be quoted for much less in an affluent neighborhood. Community Tree, Daniel Webb, did not do that here, so my hat is off to him and that is why he gets a good review.
