I really liked them but could not afford what they had estimated. I enjoyed the person that I talked with. I would possibly consider calling them back in the future.

We had about six contractors out to give us estimates to add a screened porch to our home. There was an existing deck. Jason Tremont was the first we had out. After meeting with the others, there was no comparison. Jason impressed us with his ideas. His estimate, by far, was the best of all of them. The project was started in mid June and finished at the end of July. Aside from us having to have a septic line put in to join the existing one, everything went smoothly. The workers put in long days, were professional, and always checked with us to make sure everything was turning out right. We, honestly, do not have a single complaint. We are thrilled with the finished product. We highly, highly recommend the Cedar Creek Building Company.

They were recommended to me by a friend. I had gotten bids from a few other providers and he had what I thought was the most favorable bid. I think we had to wait a week or two before his crew was available. He asked me to pay him a third when the materials were on the ground, another third when they had the materials on the house, and the final third when they were done painting and everything was in good shape - I liked the way he had worked that out. The siding, including a front window, cost me $15,000 and his price was probably $3,000 under the other two bids that I had received. We spent another $5,000 on work on our front porch area, where we had a planter box and brick paving installed. This was done concurrent with the siding when the painting was going on. We changed the color of the house too. The price was very good. It is by far the best looking house in the neighborhood as far as siding goes. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
