It went well.

I recently had a grease/plastic fire in my house which did a lot of damage because the smoke whet through the ventilation system. The first company that showed up only lasted one day and I was referred to Cary Reconstruction Co., Apex, NC. As I told one friend they were Angels from Heaven. Cary Reconstruction Co. of Apex, NC showed up as promised the very next day with a cleaning crew and the cleaners. The cleaning crew went to work on scrubbing and cleaning the house of the smoke and the cleaners took everything was material to be cleaned and both teams did a great job. I had a very important meeting to go to in Denver and needed some shoes to wear and some other clothing, one phone call and I received a partial return of the items I needed for this meeting within 24 hours. How can one complain about that. The painters, carpenters and ventilation teams were professional and considerate and did one of the best jobs ever. When I was given a time for workers to show up they were here on time, always. This is hard to find in this day and age. This company was there for me in my time of need. They were professional, respectful and caring. I have to say this. There was a young man that led this team of professionals to put my house back together and I thank Nate Mullins from the bottom of my heart for a job well done. As this is a reconstruction company I hope I never have to need them again, but if another disaster hits my home you can better believe Cary Reconstruction Co will be my very first call. Great job you guys!

It went very well overall. The men were very informative, punctual, and courteous. I was pretty anxious about having the mold in our basement, and they did such a great job. It took only a few days (since I first contacted them) until the work was completely finished. Also, they honored my Angie's List 10% off Coupon. Very pleased and satisfied.

A tree fell on the roof of our barn and the insurance agent recommended Cary Reconstruction. They promptly came out to give an estimate and worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure the repairs would be covered. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with and the new roof plus repairs to the joists look great!

Their responded quickly. They paid attention to details. It was a multi number of things which they did. There were a lot of people to do the work. They were really good in saving my money wherever they could. They really did a good job. They were here within forty minutes of my initial call. I would recommend them to anybody. They were very punctual. Everybody who came was superb. They were excellent. I would use them in the future.

Our washing machine overflowed and we had to get work done. They are a preferred service provider of our insurance company. We ended up not hiring them for two reasons. The person who came out to give the estimate spent about 30 minutes in our house. There was between $15,000 and $20,000 worth of damages. It seemed to me like he was flippant. He did not even go into the crawlspace. I was not impressed with him. He said that he would have the estimate for us by a certain date, and then he didn’t do that. We had to call in twice to get the estimate. I was also not impressed with that. He finally called our insurance agent and asked them to call us. He wasn't very personable and did not really seem to exude any warmth or empathy. All he did was take the measurements without any sort of caring for us. At least he should've pretended like he cared.

It was an insurance claim. They were very informative about the duration of the job, rather than the length of time they would be working. It's important to know what inconvenience would be happening during the job.

Cary Reconstruction Company responded quickly and professionally to a water damage situation. They removed affected areas and reconstructed, including drywall, linoleum, carpet, tile and painting.. Company representatives were very professional and courteous and performed all services on time and with excellent quality.

They completed all of the repairs the very next day with amazing results, a very professional staff (both in the office calling us and at the house working on the repairs), and they were neat while working, which was appreciated. They even called the week following the repair to check in and make sure we were satisfied with the results! They went above and beyond, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Of note, they work mostly with insurance claims, so their cash prices are a bit steep, but again, quality is topnotch!

It went very well. They had to coordinate with other contractors that had come in to dry out the space and then with the contractors who put the hardwoods and tile in. They did a great job. They were very professional and then did a walk through and had their people come back to touch up paint where the other contractors nicked the wall.

They have done a nice job until now. They have fixed the roof. They responded promptly even though it was Christmas season. They put a trap up the roof to prevent further damage and quickly followed up by taking care of the issue. They are doing additional work like putting the gutters now. I have nothing to complain about until now but the whole job is not finished yet.

They were very courteous and polite gentlemen. They arrived to do the work just as promised. They did a very good job repairing the water damage that my air conditioning and heating unit had leaked on to.
