Service went extremely smoothly. I called on a Wednesday, and left a message. They called back Thursday morning and we scheduled for the following Tuesday. Promptly arrived at the 8:30 appointment time. The gentleman providing the service was very friendly and upon completion, showed me where all of the points were. Would deal with them again!

The surveyor was very thorough and the map was provided much sooner than expected. Very satisfied with their work.

The surveyor was prompt in coming out and managed to squeeze the work in between rain showers which kept our fence install on schedule. He quickly marked the boundaries including a couple other stakes I requested to help get the fence exactly where I wanted it. He also took the time to answer my questions and wasn't in a rush to leave even with storm clouds moving in.

Boundary Zone sent someone out on just one day's notice to survey two of my property lines the day before fence construction was scheduled. I had been told that no survey would be necessary, because I had a map from a previous survey. However, I had second thoughts at the last minute and decided I needed to have the lines marked, to be safe. I called many surveyors before finding one who would do a survey on such short notice, so that I would not have to reschedule construction. On the day of construction, the fence company agreed that it would not be possible to build a fence on that side of the property after all, based on the new markers, because of trees that were too close to the line. I was very happy with Boundary Zone's fast service, promptness, and professionalism.

I phoned several surveyors for pricing and in order to get the fastest turn around time. Boundary Zone returned my call within a few minutes and even offered a discount for Angies' list subscribers! They scheduled a time (two days later) to come to my property and survey the land. We had the emailed copy of the survey by the next day and had the mailed copy 3 days later! They provided very prompt service and were flexible with scheduling, which was important because with 3 kids to run around during and after school hours we are very busy. Kudos to Boundary Zone!

Boundary Zone responded to my inquiry quickly and were able to schedule the survey the next business day. I was putting on an addition and needed an inspection that required a foundation survey, and I needed it done quickly so as to not hold up the work.

I called a couple of local surveyors and liked the Boundary Zone folks the best. They are real professionals and worked us into their schedule in a timely manner. The gentleman who came to our house was very professional and very pleasant and very patient as he explained the process and corner points to me. With a little hunting he found all of the corners including one that was marked with a nail in the sidewalk. I chuckled over that. Since he had the other 3 corners he knew about where to look and so discovered the nail. Many of the new developments in North Carolina went up rather quickly and some developers were more careful than others. Then he carefully measured the structures on the property like the house and fences, etc. He was very thorough and did a walk through with me so I would see the well marked corners and understand the property lines. We received the plat map the next week. I would highly recommend this local Boundary Zone to anyone. Our job was small and residential. I have no doubt that their skill and professionalism extends to larger jobs they do. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, the professionalism of their staff and the response time start to finish. They provide and excellent service at a fair price. In fact, their price was lower than others I saw for the same service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This is a revision of an earlier report that I had written. I had initially been disappointed after contacting Boundary Zone via their web contact form, and receiving no response. However, once Chris became aware of the error he clearly tried very hard to remedy the situation. Chris helped me in a number of ways by: 1. Offering me a substantial discount on the survey due to the miscommunication, 2. Explaining the survey process to me very clearly since this is the first property I have purchased, and 3. Making a large effort to squeeze the survey into our short remaining timeframe before we closed on the home. Cory met me at the property, and did an excellent job of marking the boundaries, explaining to me where the property lines ran, and helping me decide where I wanted to have the extra stakes. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Boundary Zone, and I will likely use them in the future if I need another property to be surveyed. I can tell that they do genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction, which is not always something you find these days.

Not much to tell. They came, they did their job, they explained to me what they did, I paid them, they left. Was exactly what I hoped for, for a reasonable price. A pleasant / positive experience!

I thought they were a wonderful company. The gentlemen who came over were friendly and explained everything very well. Overall they did a good job.

The came out the same day that I called. Everything went quickly and efficiently. The service went well.

The work was done quickly and very well. They identified the existing iron markers and added several more for us because our farm is adjacent to my uncle's farm and he had generally disregarded the dividing line. The surveyor let me trail after him for a while and explained what he was doing and how it was being done. He was very professional and did exactly what we needed done. The farm is just outside Angier, NC at 5436 Highway 55 West, just past Ennis Road and just before Mabry Road. It's out in the middle of nowhere.

Property surveyed by Crew Chief Andrew Hodge. He immediately introduced himself & went to work. Andrew explained every detail to me as he surveyed the property. It included but was not limited to, on how the survey equipment works,the locating and setting of property pins and providing property line stakes. Andrew answered all questions with clarity. Andrew is friendly, professional & very knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure meeting this young man & doing business with Boundary Zone.
