Best Brazilian Floor LLC

Google says his business is permanently closed, so I was unable to leave a review there. I provided him with photos of my old hardwood floors and asked him to emulate that. Not only did he NOT give me what I asked for (shiny floors), he proceeded to gaslight me left and right. His guys punched holes in my walls and scuffed everything (walls, molding, cabinets), so basically every room they touched needs to be repainted (essentially my whole house). His sander machine fried an electrical circuit, which necessitated hiring an electrician to fix it (and I KNOW he was aware because I found the electrical box left open), they installed subpar wood so there are knots and holes everywhere. He turned the HVAC fan on high and left it like that for days, which taxed my HVAC to the point that the electrical panel on a 6 month old unit died and I had to hire an HVAC technician to fix it. His workers broke a candle in my bathroom and tore the towel holder off the wall and just left it.

If you are looking for hardwood flooring and installation you have to use this company. Their prices are affordable and their work is top notch and very professional. I have used other companies in the past and this company blows away the competition in both price and quality. I had them install approx 1600 sq ft of 3/4 inch pre-finished hardwood and it came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better job. To top it off they finished everything in only 2 1/2 days. Just amazing!! Very satisfied customer here! I am not related, affiliated or friends with this company. I just truly believe they are the best and everyone should know!

In Mid June approximately 3 different sections of the flooring began to expand and bulge. Despite one attempt to rectify the problem it continues to persist and worsen. I am disappointed because after having other professionals evaluate the problem, it was agreed upon that the padding used was not adequate, and the floor was laid too tightly. The padding was NOT the right moisture barrier for a commercial property with a concrete base. It was a moisture barrier for a residential property. Mr. Lacerda does not want to take responsibility for his work. He would rather blame us without any valid or concrete evidence to support his claim. Mr. Lacerda claims that the bulging comes from moisture off of the clients hair. We deliberately had tile installed under the shampoo area to combat this! This is an absurd claim that is baseless! When confronted via phone on Saturday August 13th 2011 Mr. Lacerda subsequently hangs up in an extremely unprofessional manner. This situation currently poses a liability threat to my business by creating an unsafe walking environment for clients and workers, To resolve this problem I asked for a full refund to have the floors completely redone by a company who knows what they're doing but was refused. As of August 19th 2011 Saramaya Group Inc. has been forced to take legal action to retrieve a full refund. Please Please do NOT do business with Best Brazilian Floors. He has only been in business for one year and clearly does not know what he's doing. Don't pay the ultimate price that I have by having him muck up your floors and then blame you for his shoddy work!
