Artisan Quality Roofing exceeded my expectations. From estimate through job completion, Abel and his company were a pleasure to work with. The impressive crew obviously enjoyed working together and installed everything in one day with hardly any damage to extensive landscaping and with a thorough cleanup! Communication was prompt and excellent, Able answered my endless questions and is obviously knowledgeable and proud of his work. Thank you for a great experience!

5 stars: After getting 4 quotes from local roofing contractors I choose Artisan Roofing. My decision was based on several factors and they were the only company that meet and actually exceeded all of my requirements. Being a retired contractor I'm hard to please and cautious when it comes to my house. My new roof was professionally installed looks amazing not to mention the cost was very competitive. Everyone at Artisan was professional, curteous and a pleasure to work with.

Abel is exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive. He inspected our original roof very thoroughly, and explained in great detail the options available to us. Our roof is not a simple one, rather it has numerous valleys, dormers, skylights, fans, gutter guards etc., but Abel handled all challenges presented by our house with great assurance, careful attention to detail, and the provision of highest quality materials. His crews are extraordinarily efficient and highly professional. We were greatly impressed by their fantastic teamwork, organization, and skills. Every aspect of their workmanship was superb. We recommend Artisan Quality Roofing with the greatest possible enthusiasm.

This was a top notch firm and really impressive crew. They work as a team and get the work done quickly. They cleaned up afterwards. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with and provided me with information to help pick the color of shingle. Pricing was as they estimated. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would do business with them again.

Absolutely an incredible company to work with. We had several companies out here to get estimates and found the owner, Abel, to by far the most knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and ensure that the work was what we needed and not what was just best for his company. After choosing Artisan, we were unsure of the color of the shingle we wanted. While driving around we found a house with the color roof that we liked and Artisan not only helped us but sent someone out to that house to ensure the color we selected was the correct shingle. The other companies hand you a a brochure and tell you to select from the 2 by 2 inch picture. Without there help we would have selected the incorrect shingle. As for the work, you will not find a company that does better quality workmanship. When they are done with your roof, they leave your yard and house cleaner than when they got there. Looking at the roof, you can see the difference in quality and accuracy for which they install. I highly recommend this company. I rarely rate companies 5 stars as there is usually some area to improve but Artisan gets a 5 in all areas from Price, Quality, Communication, and ethicacy.

It was fantastic. They worked with me as I had to replace the porch before we could do the roof. They were fantastic and did a great job. I have been meaning to give a review as they completed the work in Aug 2017. The roof is great.

Able, Jose, Amy and the team were terrific. They explained how they evaluate roof damage and how the process of an insurance claim works. When the claim was approved, the team worked with us on every step. Their crew showed up early and worked well together. When they were done -- in less than a day! -- we had a new roof and the yard and driveway looked better than when they started.

The roof of our house was damaged by hurricanes Florence and Michael, in Sept. and Oct 2018, respectively. I called three different roofing companies to inspect our roof and provide estimates for a full roof replacement, even though our roof was only 16 years old. Artisan Quality Roofing gave us the best price (approx. $9,500) and the best job description that would be the least disruptive for our schedules. Artisan provided us with a list of area homes they had recently replaced the roofs on, so we could look at the quality of their work. The representative from Artisan recommended we call our insurance company. On the day the roof inspector from our insurance company arrived, the Artisan rep made himself available to meet with the insurance company's inspector. Thanks to the efforts of the Artisan rep, our insurance company agreed to pay for an entire roof replacement (less our home owner's insurance deductible). On the day of the roof replacement, the crew from Artisan Quality Roofing arrived at 6:30am. They completed the entire roof replacement by were cleaned up by 4:30pm. We could not tell that anyone had been on our roof or on the ground around our house after the job was finished. That's how thoroughly they cleaned up. They used metal detectors and magnets to locate and pick up any loose roofing nails around our house. Other roofing companies in our neighborhood had parked large, rented garbage bins in driveways for the debris from the old roofs; then left those garbage bins in peoples' driveways for days after the work. Artisan did not do this. Artisan used their own a trailer for the debris, then took the trailer away when the job was complete; leaving our driveway and garage accessible. Our new roof looks great, and has been tested several times by heavy rain storms. Artisan Quality Roofing did a very professional and fast (one day) job with high quality materials.

I give artisan 5 STARS/ A++ performance rating. I received 3 bids from top roofers in the area. Artisan was not the hi or low bid. Every aspect of this engagement exceeded my expectations. From the initial call, to the onsite visit for quote, to the contract /pricing , to actually installing the roof was handled with professionalism and high quality. I appreciated the time Abel took during his initial assessment to point out subtle issues with my existing roof. Not only did they do an excellent job but every interaction was professional and punctual. They said they would be at the house for the quote at 3pm. They showed up at 3pm. They said the crew would start at 630 am. They were there at 625 am Over the past 30 years I have had 4 houses and many interactions with contractors. I have to say this was one of the best if not the best engagement ever. I highly recommend Artisan Quality Roofing. Abel and Jose were fantastic. The job was started and completed on time exactly as quoted. Their price was very competitive and the quality of work exceptional. Their crew on our job were great. The team took great care to protect the plants and bushes around the house. At the end of the project, there was no trash or nails anywhere in the yard. I would certainly hire them again.

I highly recommend Artisan Quality Roofing! After interviewing four roofing companies, I picked Artisan based on the confidence that Abel gave me that they would do a great job and also the many good reviews I found online (Angie's List, Google, Facebook). Abel took the time to answer a number of questions I had, and wasn't pushy at all. They also had a competitive price (compared to other reputable roofing companies). Luckily the weather cooperated, and the crew arrived the day they said they would and finished in one day, which included a thorough cleanup. I checked again after they left and didn't find any nails or debris on the ground. I was able to observe the crew for a few minutes a couple of times during the job and as best as I could tell the installation was done carefully and per the Certainteed installation instructions (can be found online). I would certainly hire them again!

A new roof is one of those dreadful homeowner things that you'd prefer to never have to address. The owners of Artisan (Abel and Amy) did what they could to ease the situation. Of three estimates, theirs was the least expensive. Their crew arrived when they were expected, did the work quickly and were finished when Abel said they would be. Cleanup was amazing... you couldn't tell they had even been there (except, of course, for the new roof and gutters). Definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend Artisan Quality Roofing. Abel was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to actually discuss things with me and was willing to answer questions and explain the process. His guys got the roof and gutters replaced in a day's work. They were efficient and know their job! The fact that they are members of the BBB with an A+ rating and have rave reviews all over the internet hooked us to start with. They didn't disappoint and yes, the reviews you are seeing are real. They really ARE that good.

After the estimate and before the job, we decided to remove our chimney which added more footage to the job and interfered with the scheduled date for the roof work. Jose was very flexible and easy to work with. The Artisan crew worked through the day and finished the job slightly after dark. There was rain forecast during the next day so they cleaned the yard by flashlight and flood lights. The roof and the yard look great. We had a roof put on another house a few years ago and had another, higher-priced company that advertises on the radio all the time do it because we wanted a quality job. That company (and work) can't compare to Artisan--not even close. Artisan delivered high quality work, the price was reasonable, and met our needs. Thank you, Artisan!!

I was very pleased from start to finish. Really only had interaction with Jose and Amy from the office. But both were prompt, friendly, and professional throughout. And in addition to that, the field staff who arrived to perform the work were great. It such a large team of guys...it was quite the operation to watch.

We had a persistent leak that showed up off and on over the course of several years. Dave from Dave's Roof Repair visited several times and was never able to fix it. Very frustrating. His final conclusion was that the roof was fine and that the brick sidewall was getting saturated in heavy, wind blown rain and leaking ("saturation leak") - that was wrong and a waste of time and money. So we gave Abel and Artisan a shot. He found the source of the leak in minutes and his crew returned and repaired it promptly. I've waited a year to ensure that the leak was indeed fixed - and it's bone dry. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The crew was very efficient and performed a high quality job. They do a few extra things with ice and water shield that some low-bidders might not do and they use high quality materials. They were not my lowest bid, but I still gave them a A on price because of the value. They also trimmed up the opening on the ceiling side of the skylights which a large roofing company was not willing to do. The communications with Abel before, during and after the project was easy and timely.

From the first contact, Abel was very responsive and helpful. He came out and gave us important information and some education that we didn't have, as this is our first home. The price for our new roof was excellent and the scheduling was easy. Abel's crew came out and they were able to replace our entire roof quickly and efficiently. When they left, we could hardly even tell any construction had been done! We have been in contact with Abel for help with other house projects as well. We highly recommend Artisan Quality Roofing.

Excellent. Jose was personal and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about roofing products, logistics and the estimate. Schedule had to be adjusted due to weather, but they kept us informed of changes and worked with us on revised installation date. Jose stopped by a few times during the day to check progress and run out for supplies. The crew of 6 arrived punctually at 6:45 am in order to help move many plants on our deck out of harm's way and cover others before they got started. They worked tirelessly during a very hot summer day to complete the entire job (4000 sf with steep pitch), including cleanup, in one day. They finally left at about 7:45 that evening. Very professional and we are very happy with our new roof.

The Artisan staff (Abel and Amy) were extremely professional, honest, responsive, and flexible from the time that I requested an estimate until the job was completed. It couldn't have been easier and the roof looks fine. I highly recommend them.

Abel and his crew were great. Very nice, very professional and worked with me to get everything done that we needed to get done. We have an approximately 3000 sq ft one story ranch house that includes a 3 car garage and connected guest cottage. Plus a barn and chicken house. There was A LOT of roof to cover. Turns out there was a lot more bad wood than we realized, and I had them replace a skylight, so the final price was more than the original quote but I was fine with it. Artisan worked with me to get a good price to do everything at once. They were finished in 2 days with some minor clean up and loose ends into a third day. They cleaned up each evening and the finished roofs look amazing. Its been about 3 weeks now and I don't panic every time it rains anymore. I hope to never need a roofer again, but if I do it'll be Artisan.

Jose and his crew did a great job. We chose them after a very thorough inspection and quote. The crew did a great job protecting the house and our plants during the roof replacement and cleaned up the yard very nicely. The new roof looks great and they fixed our leak.
