Save yourself a lot of headaches and aggravation and call anyone other than Nick James at Apex Roofing and Restoration. They did fix a leak that i had and we put in a claim for a new roof through my insurance company and they just keep dropping the ball! Can't get them on the phone to come out and complete the work that hey started for the claim. After several contacts and no return calls or visits - how can I expect then to re-do my roof? Nick Jmes - the owner - also left a slab of loose roof shingle on my roof last time he was at my house - but again, several attemps at getting him to come back and take this off - have failed....just as he failed. Kind of glad now that they're not responding - imagine they did put a new roof up - and the problems i would have had! My neighbors have also been informed to stay away from this company. -- Dino

Nick and Jared were right on time for the estimate. They took time to explain their findings and guided me in the next steps. They were there with the insurance adjuster - not to hassle them, but to make sure they were seeing everything they’d noticed. When my claim was approved, they scheduled the job quickly. The crew was right on time and finished within 5 hours - all very friendly, professional, skilled and so efficient. They were meticulous with their clean up - no trash, no dust and no nails. This roofing company treats you like family. The come on time provide the owners cell phone number. The roof was on in a day and there was no trash or marks in the yard or drive way. The owner followed up with a phone call to assure satisfaction.
