Amazing Shine

They were scheduled for a day, but had to leave and come back another day then had to leave that day also. In total it took them three days over a period of a week. They failed to follow instructions even when corrected. They just ignored us. Screens were not put in properly, so I had to call them to come back, but they did not respond to repeated calls. I could not recommend this company.

It went very well, they are very thorough.

Scheduling the appointment required multiple phone calls as no messages were returned. Once I was able to reach Amazing Shine, the first available appointment was about two months out, which we accepted. Ten minutes after Amazing Shine was scheduled to arrive for the appointment, they called to reschedule.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 today. It is now almost 4:00 and no one has called or emailed me to say they are running late and no one has shown up for the appointment. I tried to call the number repeatedly, however it says that the memory is full on their voicemail, so I am unable to contact anyone to leave a message or re-schedule. I find this happens a lot with small companies using Living Social coupons. They tend to oversell, overbook and then not deliver on their services. It is now a week later and no word from the company. I requested and received a refund from Living Social for this purchase.

Wendy was punctual and completed the window cleaning in a timely manner. She did a great job!

Had 2 scheduled appointments with this company and they did not show up for either appointment. They are difficult to reach and don't return phone calls promptly.
