I just had a complete replacement of my AC/Heating system via Anthony and his team. Our home is better than new with a very efficient and cost effective system. Anthony takes great pains to assure that he gives his clients a range of choices with pros and cons and he will clearly tell you what he recommends and also clearly states any concerns and challenges. I truly felt that his goal was to deliver a system which will meet my needs and make me an advocate for his company and he has achieved that with flying colors after careful evaluation and measurement of my home. I cant recommend him and his team highly enough Anthony also helped us with all available rebates related to our system which was significant benefit

Anthony Maynor and team recently replaced one of our HVAC units with a new Trane split system: Air conditioning and furnace. We had previously utilized their services to service our builder-installed HVAC units and had been very impressed with their responsiveness, friendliness, low-pressure engagements, and - most of all - technical expertise. Hence, we had great confidence that they would do a great job installing a completely new unit. Anthony Maynor is exceptionally thoughtful in his explanations to the customer/end-user. That is, he will tailor his technical explanations to match the level of information transfer that the end-user wants. For an engineer like me, I appreciated Anthony’s willingness to provide as detailed a technical explanation as I could understand without my being an expert in the HVAC domain as he definitely is. In fact, Anthony regularly engages in continuous training and maintaining certifications. It took the team roughly 7 hours to completely replace a split system including clean-up and a thorough walk-through and explanation of the new installation. The entire team is a pleasure to work with! Very friendly, courteous and customer-satisfaction/understanding-focused. All of this shows in his and his teams’ work which was performed to exacting standards. Our Town-of-Cary inspector visited a few days later and passed our installation while also remarking: “This outfit [A. Maynor Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.” ALWAYS does an excellent job!” We will used Anthony’s services again: NOT because we anticipate any problems with his installation, but because we have additional units that we can so willingly entrust to his team!

I'm on a yearly contract. The time it takes them to do the maintenance varies. They usually send one person. They leave the area as clean as it was when they came out. They work with the homeowners well as far as advice and general recommendations.

Showed up on time. Found and fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively.

These guys are great. They are usually out here for a couple of hours. They left the area very clean.

Excellent. Anthony is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He told me more about geothermal in one phone call than our previous provider had in eight years.

We had a great experience with him. They came out three times because they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We had little issues with it and it finally got resolved. They were very, very professional and very reliable and very willing to work with us until it got fixed. They tried several different things before they got it working properly. We had no issues with them.

Great! Anthony and his team are very polite and professional folks. From the start of our hvac issues, Anthony was very accommodating - even offering to install window units until our system could be replaced, which was done within days of deciding to replace the unit.

This company went above and beyond any HVAC company. Our story is long and almost surreal and Anthony helped us navigate an issue that had been installed incorrectly by another HVAC company and tested by 2 other companies. He found a problem that the others walked away from and insisted we needed a new system. He called the manufacturer and worked with them under our warranty to help us. He educated us on everything he is doing and put way hours into this than I would have ever guessed. His team is professional and courteous. We called him to help us fix our own system, but after working with him we are ending our contract with another company who handles our AC on multiple homes and hiring his team. He has already installed another unit for us.

.Anthony came out and went over a number of options with us. The existing HVAC system heated and cooled the upstairs and downstairs. It never did a good job cooling the upstairs. We decided to use the existing system to heat and cool just the downstairs and install a new system to do the upstairs. Anthony and his crew started work at 7:30am and got the job done in one day. He had enough people to do the work efficiently and they all seemed to be very knowledgeable. The crew was good to work with and Anthony will spend as much time as you need to understand what is being done. We have used them for HVAC service and would use them again.

I was very impressed with the Anthony and his crew. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional in the way they conduct their work. I will absolutely use them again.

Jacob was friendly and did not charge me but was very thorough in checking all the components of our system :first gas meter, then the unit in the attic, the outside heat pumps, and then realized it was a water system and traced it back to the pilot light not starting and staying lit-something he could not help me with but thought it was the thermo-coupler and to a plumber-so I did.

They were able to come to the house on short notice and repair the AC unit. They communicated well throughout the process. I am going to start using them for regular maintenance, and I will absolutely go to them if I run into another issue down the road.

The first thing I liked was that A.Maynor was responsive to calls, emails, texts. No waiting for days wondering if they even got the message. Anthony came to evaluate our needs and was very professional and courteous. I received an email within a day or two with estimates for a ?good, better, best? system. Anthony had explained the differences between these systems when he had come over for the evaluation. I contacted Anthony with a question a few days later about the equipment choices and got a call from Anthony to discuss it right away. We decided to get the ?best? system for our 2nd floor home with an optional Aprilaire filter system installed. I contacted Anthony and scheduled the install date. They arrived on-time. The first thing the crew did was put drop cloths over the entire path they would use to replace the attic HVAC system. The crew of 4 or 5, can't remember exactly, were very courteous and professional. My wife and I were very comfortable with them being in our home. They dismantled the old system in the attic and removed it to their truck. Installed the new system, checked it out and cleaned up anything that was not captured by the drop cloths. All the crew but Anthony left at that point. Anthony then explained everything in detail and answered all questions about the new system. Anthony explained things so that we knew why, which I really appreciate. We are very happy with the new system and advice given by Anthony. We will be using A.Maynor for our HVAC needs and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

As you can tell from above, I thought it was very thorough. One other thing that I appreciated is that I needed to push their arrival time back a bit because of a P/T appointment and they were able to handle that smoothly. I would recommend them.

We have had A. Maynor Heating and Air Conditioning service our furnace and air conditioning units for several years now (since back when the business was previously called "Herner Heating and Air Conditioning" and Tom Herner retired and recommended Anthony Maynor). We've had them fix some problems we've had with our units, as well as do twice yearly maintenance on them. Dean is the service tech that always comes to help us and we are very happy with his work. He is always on time, always tells us what he is going to do and then goes about his tasks very efficiently. When he is done he always explains to us what he found and any solutions that might be needed, but he always tries to recommend to us the most cost-efficient solution. When we eventually have to replace any of our units, we will definitely choose A. Maynor Heating and Air Conditioning.

On time. Finished within a day.Very helpful explaining new system. Plan on using as regular maintenance co. from now on. Would recommend to anyone for any HVAC work. Great guy to work with.

It was expensive because we had to get a new heat pump. They did a good job and everything went well. They were easy to work with and they were very professional. We did not have any issues except there was a problem in the first week of the installation. Everything was working well and then all of sudden we had a problem but they addressed it. The owner of the business was out of town and he told us ahead of time. It was one of the parts that they installed that was defective. They were good answering any questions we had.

I called at 5:30 pm because my air conditioning unit failed. This was the second company I called, the first company told me they were just too busy and could not help me for at least 24 hours. I understand that. Whomever answered my call asked if it was an emergency and I said yes since my home was now at 89 degrees. He took my name and phone number and said he would "pass this off to the on-call technician". I never received a call. It would have been much more professional to simply tell me they were too busy. I did call yet another company who arrived at 8pm and my A/C was running by 8:10 pm.

Dean arrived as Anthony said he would. Dean identified the faulty part in under 5 min. Had the part in his truck and installed it. Next he checked the gas pressures and temps, all OK. Then made sure the condensate drain was clear. Used a tablet to create the invoice. WOW, the whole experience was impressive.

They were great to work with in all aspects. The house is on the market and they were flexible to work around showings. Also, they called promptly all the time and kept me up to date as they had to order a part which broke during the installation. I already recommended them to my sister to use on her rental property AC unit. It was nice to have a service professional actually call back, show up when they say they will and get the job done! I had called two companies before this and they were not easy to work with at all.

Excellent. Dean explained everything he was doing and took pictures on his phone and sent them to my cellphone. Since I have limited mobility, I can't go up into the attic. He then labelled parts of the a/c for my son-in-law to follow. I was so impressed with this service and will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.
