The experience went well, he was really good. He came out when he said he would and did what he said he would. He did good work and we would use him again.

Tom Crudele arrived promptly for our appointment. He knew and agreed in advance that I was going to purchase all of the needed items for installation (motion detectors, GFCI outlets, box for the attic wire and dimmer switch), to save myself some money. He was fine with that which I much appreciated. Tom not only installed the new motion detectors but there was some light assembly involved. He was also fine with climbing up a ladder on the corner and front of the house for the installation. We also spent some time outdoors together adjusting the motion detectors so that they come on as they should. He also spent a good amount of time installing the new dimmer switch in my living room (which is a three way switch which is a bit tricky but he got it to work fine), 2 GFCI outlets in my kitchen and box in my attic space (which is hard to get into). Tom made it up there smoothly and without complaint. He said the loose wire was installed poorly several years ago by another electrician so he spent considerable time making that repair. I much appreciated his willingly taking the time needed to repair the hazardous wire. Tom also gladly switched out a lightbulb for me in another old motion detector outdoors using the bulb from one of the detectors that had been removed. He also removed another bulb for me so that I could reuse it in the future. He also repointed that fixture for me (again requiring him to go up on the ladder), without complaint. He seemed genuinely glad to do it. His attitude is very positive. I had also showed Tom a few ceiling spots (three) where some of my popcorn ceiling had slightly come down due to the shaking of my home when the lightning strike hit. Tom said he had brought along some caulking to fix those spots. I told him that I would pay him extra for that. He said no, as it would only take him a minute to make those small repairs and so he could not in good conscience charge me for those. I was most impressed that he would go out of his way like that as well as not charge extra for those repairs. All three places had really bothered me after that lightning strike happened so it was wonderful to get those areas to look decent again and so quickly. Tom going the extra mile made a big impression on me. So far, I have given his name out to three of my friends encouraging them to also hire Tom for repair work around their home. Tom also told me he guarantees his work for life (assuming nothing negligent on my part occurs to ruin the work). That too is an amazing guarantee he makes. Tom gave me a magnet for my refrigerator for me to be reminded to use him for future work. That magnet is staying there for next time. I do plan to contact him soon to repoint one of the motion detectors as he said he would gladly come back at any time in case I wanted to move them after trying them out for a while. I much appreciate Tom's professionalism and fabulous work guarantee. I do plan to call Tom again when I have future projects. I encourage you to do the same. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

This was the best experience we've ever had with a contractor (and we've worked with many). Tom was extremely professional, he responded to all correspondence quickly, his estimate was reasonable (and spot on), and we could not be happier with the quality of work. The job went very well. Tom showed up when scheduled and completed the job as to time as we agreed. Betwen the date of the estimate and the start date of the job, Tom mainatined contact with me to clarify the scope of the work and the materials needed

Tom came to look at & give an estimate on a long list of things one evening. He ended up changing lightbulbs in 2 stuck fixtures for free and finished the rest of the list the next available day.Another time he fixed my kitchen sink on a weekend within 2 hours of calling, much cheaper & more pleasant than RotoRooter.Tom is definitely someone you can trust which is extremely difficult in this day and age.

Tom did a great job. He gave a good price, and held to his estimate when completed. He was punctual. We had a misunderstanding of times that caused him to sit and wait for me for the first appointment. However when I rescheduled with him he showed up where I have found other handymen not even respond to a phone call when an occurance similar in the past has happened. He completed the job in the time he estimated and we are very satisified with how the fourier and hallways look now. He left the place clean as when he arrived. Tom has a professional, cordial manner about him - easy to work with.. Tom also did some work for us last year. I was remodeling my guest bath and decided to bring someone in to install the ceramic tile in my bath/shower and floor. As with the job just completed, his work was very good The bath looks great and we get compliments on it from friends. I would use Tom's services again, no question.

I happened to meet Tom at the home of one of my clients while I was taking care of their cats. Tom was there doing some painting for my clients while they were on vacation. We started talking and I told him of a few minor "projects" I needed to have done. He gave me a quick estimate of what he would charge to do the work and said he could come by my house that Sunday and take care of the "projects" in a few hours. He arrived earlier than promised; he was professional, courteous, efficient, paid attention to detail, and completed the work to my satisfaction. I will definitely call him for other "projects" as they arise.
