A Master of All Trades

Tom came to the house as promised right on time, worked quickly and wrapped up in less than two days. The workmanship is solid and we felt very comfortable with Tom and his carpenter in our home. The work was a little messier than we expected. We'll discuss taking some addition precautions for dust and debris control on the next job. Overall though this was a good experience and we are happy with the work. We've already talked with him about doing a bathroom renovation that we hope to have them do later this summer.

Tom arrived on time with all materials needed to complete the job. He guaranteed that the work would be done in one day, and it was. Tom performed the work as if it was his home. He is very professional, and friendly as well. We are very satisfied and will continue to hire him for all of our future repairs.

I needed a handyman for a variety of small items, one of which I needed to be done quickly. Tom was very responsive. He provided a reasonable estimate for all the work, and he didn't mind that my jobs were small. He was able to work the near-term job into his schedule much faster that I had hoped and he did a great job. I am very appreciative and look forward to having him back to do more work for me.

Great! All work was done in an extremely timely manner and was all very good quality. I feel Tom worked hard to deliver timely, high quality work and never tried to suggest work I didn't need - in fact, he went out of his way to only do what was required in situations where I incorrectly thought something needed more attention that it really did. Overall great experience and I'm already planning on having Tom handle some upcoming work.

Tom was on time and called to let me know he was on the way. He did a great job patching our wall with new dry wall and mud. He cleaned up the area after he was done.

Tom was a pleasure to work with as he was personable, honest and professional. He responded to my initial inquiry for a quote within a week. If I asked for his opinion on the the project, he gave me economical and practical solutions. His quote was more reasonable than other service providers. It took about a month to schedule install date but he informed me of his turnaround time at the time of the quote. He kept his initial scheduled install date, completed the job in the estimated time and for the same amount as initially quoted. His work appears to be quality. He had a gentleman helping him that seemed as personable, competent and professional as Tom. I will certainly hire Tom again and I will recommend to anyone in need of his services.

Tom was fantastic! We just moved into a new home, and hired someone from a prior referral to install a number of things. The ceiling fans weren't completely installed properly, and the installation of one of our curtain rods had already pulled away from the wall. We were about to have our first gathering tomorrow, and didn't think there was a chance we could get any help in time. Much to our pleasant surprise, Tom heard what our needs were, and agreed to come out just a few hours later! He came in even earlier than he estimated, fixed the issues with fantastic speed, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Tom really swooped in and saved the day! We are so glad we called him!

Awesome! EXTREMELY Satisfied with service from provision of an accurate estimate through delivery of finished product. The actual cost at end-of-job was in keeping with what was projected at time of bidding. The estimate was also Competitive with forecasted estimates provided by other service providers, And in fact, was a smidge lower than other estimates received. Tom captured all of our requirements accurately, and proposed/effected his suggestions that filled in gaps in what we had identified. He took into consideration the Location of the HVAC return vent, suggested getting lock keyed same as rest of house so no extra keys, etc. On the actual day of execution, Tom and fellow contractor Chris showed up on time. Professionally dressed and very courteous manner. They went to work creating a door frame in the middle of the hallway, put up the drywall, fit the door, installed the lock, and wrapped it up with installation of matching trims and paint in keeping with existing house decor. When they left, we had a new door in our hallway that looked like it was part of the original house; no one would guess it was just installed. And, there wasn't a spot of debris left behind as they cleaned it all up fastidiously. Tom couldn't have named his company better, he and Chris delivered "master craftsmanship" in their work. Big smiles at our house. We will definitely recommend "Master of all Trades" to friends and keep his magnet on our fridge for future projects.

From providing an estimate to executing all work, Tom was very knowledgeable about what was needed to take care of my issues. His price was fair and quality superb. I would definitely use his services again!

Tom was absolutely great. Did everything I want efficiently and correctly. Was super pleasant to work with. Put me in touch with an electrician to come the next day and install a new quad receptacle on a wall that didn't have one. I will be having him back to do other items very soon.

Tom was very professional. After he installed my bathroom ventilation fan in one bath, I called him to ask for his help on the second one. His work is excellent! I am very detail oriented and noticed that he is as well; it showed clearly in his work. He really cared about doing the project right and not which way to make the most money. I am so glad that he installed both of my fans and will certainly contact him again! Great work Tom!

Tom performed everything as he originally estimated. He even gave us tips on other punch list items we had, which he did not think needed a contractor to do. The bathroom looks fantastic! All work was done on time. We will be using Tom again soon to paint!

Tom promptly returned initial inquiry and dropped by to provide an estimate on the services. He was booked for a few weeks which was OK with us. He scheduled the work for the week prior to Thanksgiving. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon day. The work took longer than expected due to difficulty with the tile (no fault of Tom and crew) and they came back over the weekend to make sure the work was completed prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Tom told me it would take approximately three days for the project and he gave me the exact day and time he would start. He arrived earlier than originally planned (at our request and without hesitation). All work was covered in the initial estimate and I added a few things so he had a list of many things to do. Tom worked diligently and kept to his schedule despite the fact that I added a few things to his list. He was happy to fulfill my requests and explained everything in detail. At the end of the job, I found that he had thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Each area was clean and tidy. Tom has a very pleasant personality and was a genuine pleasure to work with. I feel blessed to have located him. He is a trustworthy person and that's difficult to find in service persons these days. I would definitely recommend Tom to my family and friends.
