Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. From kitchen backsplash to three bathrooms, flooring in our sun room, laundry room and even a dog shower, James is great. He pays attention to the details and takes his time. The intent was to also paint my shutters but they were so old and faded. It was recommended to replace and I agreed. My house looks new again! Work was not estimated correctly and after starting the work while in the middle of the job, contractor started saying it is more work and they are loosing money and they can't complete it as promised. Came up with all excuses in a bad tone. They literally messed my backyard. I am not looking options to fix by backyard. My other neighbors also backed out from giving them the contract after seeing the work done in my backyard. They are not professional atleast people who I dealt with and I dont recommend them to those who are expecting some professional work in levelling their backyard. Really not happy with the way the job was done and we were treated."
