Job done well and in timely manner

Have had serveral back and forth interactions since January. Was initially able to get a very personable gentleman on the phone when coupon was initially purchased. But have not been able to close on a date... And now the Coupon is expired, and the vendor is no longer responding.

Not too good. Uneven corners, left hole in the wall behind the mirror, many surface imperfections. Charged for extra time to "ensure quality job". Overall quality low

They did great work. I wasn't at home when they were working - my husband met them at our house. However, the completed room looks fantastic. I have yet to find a spot that was not covered or needed touching up. I would use them again.

It was okay, not great but not bad. We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and needed it fixed. They had cut out some ceiling part and replace it and then repaint the whole ceiling. Also had them do some other wall board fixes around the house. The job went down okay and they finished it. It shows right now where they painted and can still see where they did it so the paint job probably needs to be redone. I can do that myself. It took a couple days to do the work. Probably would not use them again.

Originally I got a response and we scheduled for an appointment, however I have not received any response to reschedule.

I did not have a good experience with the company. In fairness to the owner of the company, the employee that did the job finished it half way when the time that I had purchased was over. So I had to pay extra to have the job finished. Furthermore the job was not finished to my satisfaction. I will never buy another service like this.

We would hire them again without the special. They painted and patched minor holes for the special price. We also had them patch 2 holes where we had removed intercom speakers at an additional charge. When they were finished they did a walk through with us to see if their work was satisfactory. And their work was GREAT!

He has not returned any of my calls or emails. I've left several messages.

Since repaired drywall had to dry, the sanding, priming or paint wasn't part of this visit. I did hire them to come back and take care of that though.

It went well. They worked very quickly. We had already taken the wallpaper down and it cost a bit more due to repair to the wall itself. They were very professional and the cleanup was great.

Everything, including scheduling, turned out alright. Clean-up was fine with them. They completed the work more quickly than anticipated and we did not feel that they overcharged us for the service.

My experience with them turned out well. They paid attention to detail.

They all arrived on time and did a beautiful job. I was pleasantly happy with the results.

I bought the "Big Deal" on 8/15/14. Think Paint & Drywall (TPD) immediately responded and said they'd call me. I waited until 10/6 to hear from someone, then emailed them and asked them to please get in touch with me so we could schedule the work. TPD emailed me back the same day and apologized, saying there'd been sickness in the company and "they were just now getting back on track." This was on a Friday, and they promised to call me the following Monday, but never did. I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled the whole thing.

Went great once we began everything. Workers showed on time and ran through the process with speed and precision - cannot see any blemishes at all. Mike is a bit underwater after running the deal, so if you are patient, he can work you onto the schedule.

I haven't heard from ThinkPaint Paint and Drywall concerning the dates that I gave them. I don't see any messages in my account.

I purchased the "deal" that provided the use of two painters for a day. Because of the prep work, all of the painting could not be finished in one day. I then paid for a second day. But, they were still unable to complete all of the work. The small toilet area was not painted at all nor were the skylights. Mike, overall, did an excellent job because he is an excellent painter. He is also a clean painter in that he cleans up the work area and doesn't leave a big mess at the end of the job. He has a positive, "can do" professional attitude, along with a desire to please the customer. I was just disappointed that they were unable to complete the job in a two day time period. So, in order to get the project finished, I will now have to pay for a third day. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I think two painters ought to be able to paint a bathroom and a bedroom in two days. I will continue to use Mike and his company for my painting needs because he is a great painter. But, for future reference, I will get a better understanding of the length of the job and the total cost of the job before beginning.

I scheduled the original appointment. My preferred date was not available, so I had to wait. When the time came for the appointment, there was a time zone communication error and our appointment didn't work out. I tried to get a hold of him to reschedule, but he was completely unresponsive and I haven't heard from him. He also tried to up-sell me originally.

I could never get in contact with the contractor. I ended up having the work done by someone else. I called at the end of September for a refund. I would like a full refund, services were never provided and despite numerous calls and messages I never could schedule with the contractor. Sometime in October he contacted me by email to say he had health issues but I had already had the work done.

We purchased a deal for two painters for a day back in April. For a number of reasons, the work was not performed until early November. Some of those reasons were on my end (a death in the family) and some on the provider's end (he's not always great at returning phone calls and emails but apparently he was ill for some time). We finally got the the day scheduled and Michael and his partner were on time, even slightly early. Michael suggested that we do some "tightening up" before beginning painting like caulking around the windows and doors. I agreed to that and it looks nice. I specifically asked Michael if he had drop cloths, because we were not able to remove all furniture from the room. He made a joke that basically equated to "of course, we're professionals" so I left them to their work. I returned home and was disappointed overall. The good - he did an excellent job on the drywall repair for our ceiling. I'm very happy with that. But there was paint on the hardwood floors in some spots, a mark of paint on the back of my couch and a lot of paint on the brand new ceiling fan I just had installed a week prior. Additionally, the walls will need another coat of paint because there are streaks where they didn't evenly coat it. The worst part though is that all 3 windows in the room he painted are now painted shut. That is just unacceptable to me. Even I know not to do that! I fully admit to being a bit of a perfectionist. I often do the painting in my house myself but needed to save some time on this project. I now have to paint the walls myself anyway, or hire another painter to finish. So overall, I'm disappointed in the painting but happy with the drywall repair and caulking.

I didnt get to use the deal because I scheduled 3 seperate appointment and he did not show up to all three. He sounded really nice over the phone however he never showed up. They were no call and no show.

Bought deal. Emailed provider. He emailed back asking for phone #. Gave him phone # as well as several scheduling options even though that info was available in original correspondence. No response. For past 3 weeks, have left voice mails and multiple emails to try to schedule. No response. Very irritating as I'd wanted my foyer painted before Thanksgiving. Should've been plenty of time...

Great -- just ended up not needing the service.

The company was scheduled to come by and do an estimate at around 12:00-1:00 on 9-25-14. They did not show up and did not call until around 5:30. I was not able to answer so they left a voicemail saying they were on the way. I tried to call them back immediately (5:32) to confirm and they did not answer the phone after numerous attempts. They then did not show up. After the lack of professionalism that they demonstrated, they will not be considered to perform work in my home.
