+ -1 morePrecision Septic is the only company to hire! I hired them knowing I could not be at home when they arrived. The exceeded my expectations! They sent me photos of my broken lid and photos of the repair. They arrived on time and were very professional. The owner is exceptionally pleasurable to work with. I have already referred them to others and they have been as pleased as I was. Great company and better customer service.

+ 0 moreIt went perfectly! He was helpful, empathetic, and committed to finding someone who could help me. Because he called ahead, I was able to get service set up quickly and was in much less a panic. Top notch commitment and follow-through on good customer service.
Description of Work: Last week (week of Jan 25th, 2016) was a tough week for the septic industry, as many of them were heading out of town for recertification training. I called Ricky at Precision Septic bc I needed an emergency septic pump, and he'd personally recommended by many of the neighbors in our subdivision. This man could not service me, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He found a provider in town who could help me, and CALLED AHEAD to let them know I would be calling and needed urgent service. Who does that? Talk about integrity and a commitment. I will use his service and highly recommend his work!
