Very professional and responsive. I have never had any issues with scheduling or with any of their technicians, who have all been incredible. They take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them!

The process was very easy, and quick. So far, it appears to be working well as I haven't seen any wasps or spiders since the treatment.

They are great. We got the one year package they always call at they quarter and set up a time to come. As about issues we have noticed. We will continue to use them.

So far, so good. We've used NC Pest Control, you know, they do it like 4 times a year and so far, they've come twice. They've been good, very responsive. The pest are taken care of when we needed to and even made attempts to get in touch with us to set up the appointments and we missed each other and I happen to be outside one day and the guy said, "We're just on the neighborhood. We kept missing you. Would you like us to stop out?" and they did the thing right then and there. They've done a really good job. My interactions with them were good, very good, always very polite, very professional. The fact that I only had to call them twice to come out for preventive says everything. If ever a family member would ask about them, I would say they did a good job and I would recommend them to others

I called them to come to my new house for uninvited "guests". Spoke with Mike to make the appointment. He was super friendly, eager to help, and made me an appointment for the very SAME day. I did my research and they are the cheapest in the area, by far. Steven came to my house to handle the actual pest control. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This company is the best! The very next day I saw multiple dead pests , and have only had one friend since and he was on his way out! Everything with the service was phenomenal. Not only was the cost lower than corporate quotes from other services. the technician was prompt, polite, and professional in performing the service. He was courteous when moving around workspaces, and treated the environment and people with the utmost respect. I recommended them to a neighbor due to their outstanding service, and she was just as pleased with their performance and incredible respect shown towards their property and space. Highly recommended.

The first appointment was rained out but the service person stayed and talked with my wife about what our needs were and got a rough estimate of what he would need to do when he came out again. He even helped us out with an ant infestation in my wife's car (darn 2 year olds! :-) ) with ant baits. Great service and outstanding protection (ants and spiders are GONE). A++++

He arrived right on time, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with educating us on the procedure for that day and subsequent quarterly treatments. The turnaround from the day we requested a quote to the day that they were able to come out to the property was extremely fast and easier than I imagined. He even went back to re-clean an area where he thought he missed some cobwebs. I wish I enjoyed my work as much as Mike seemed to enjoy his. As a New Yorker that can rarely be impressed by anything or anyone, I certainly was impressed. I entrust the care of my mom's home to NC Pest Control with complete confidence, even in my absence.

The team was very nice and courteous. We had ants a few days later and the team came back and placed any bate in within 2 days all the ants were gone and we have not had another incident.

NC Pest Control has been doing our quarterly pest service for about a year now. At the end of the previous month, they called me to schedule a convenient time that they could send a technician out to spray my home. I gave them a time frame and date that worked for me, and they were very accommodating. The day of the service, the technician came at the early end of the time frame that I was given, as always, and greeted me. He asked me if I had any special directions or requests, and if I just wanted the exterior sprayed that day. I told him to avoid the bird's nest in the corner of my porch and to avoid my garden in my yard. He checked/sprayed the exterior of my home, taking care to make sure he didn't spray my garden or near the birds. The technician came back to my door once he was finished (about 5-10 minutes since we have a small home and only wanted the exterior done), to collect payment and let us know that he was done and that someone would be calling me again before my next service to reschedule. He was very friendly and kind. We always have a great experience!

Mike is so enthusiastic about his business that he makes bugs seem interesting. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what he was doing and how the chemicals worked. His quarterly treatment at $70 is a great price.

This was the second time they have been here. They were on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and they will come back to take care of any issues that might arise for no additional charge.
